They did same to me yesterday and they told me to wait 120 days case must be reviewed

It really depends, and processing times are increasing delayed in our post-COVID world.

Does everyone receive the domestic violence/immigration visa information paper at the green card interview? Or only persons who are approved and will receive visa ?

@@TingenLaw Thank you for your response, my husband was led to believe he was getting his visa later email was sent saying he was refused reason was human smuggling he entered us without visa only passport over ten years ago he didn't know he needed a visa and now this is happening laywers did FOIA he was never convicted of any such crime so what should we do ? Laywers have said to email embassy to reconsider this decision Really inhumane what is happening to us I am a US citizen we have two children

We have the interview but my wife doesn't have a Passport in Mexico. Will this be a problem?
