I rember absolutely tones dispite being in. There for physcosis and walking up and down the corridors in circles hallucinating 😭😂
Why did they make it seem like a horror movie or a nightmare and then finish it watch “I’m glad I went though” ???

What do you do if you feel that you need to be sectioned yourself? I feel that I am a great harm to myself. What are the steps please?

@prodrix7024 you take yourself to the hospital A&E or ER and tell them and they'll help you.

I did and they just told me that it's all in my head. And they also told me that I should take meds. @@Goth237
