They're popular in Korea but underrated internationally. Few groups that debuted in 2012 have been successful, including Vixx. From 50 groups I think, 6-7 groups only survived.

They're so underrated like so many characters in tv shows. They deserve more recognition

🔸N is doing his best on military and participate in musical. 🔸Leo (enlisted) and Ken are the kings of musicals. 🔸Ken opened his yt channel. 🔸Ravi is a CEO of his own company. 🔸Hongbin is a twitch streamer and very skilled gamer and have his own yt channel for that. 🔸Hyuk films in drama. Released his own songs. Released his 1st solo album. 🔸Starlights is the best Fan community. ⭐ 🔶And VIXX having a concert with concept of parallel in the end of september.

8:43 Shangri La was SO important so vixx's career. Back then their Shangri La Special Stage got viral on S.Korea to the point they were chosen to perform at the olympics (in front of president Moon Jae in) because it represented so well the beauty of asian culture fusioned with kpop. a great achievement for a group that wasn't being so recognized until then.

What happen to VIXX: They became "VIXX GIRLS" to replace the "WONDER GIRLS"

Quick Correction: Ravi is still signed under Jellyfish. For all VIXX activity, he is contracted under Jellyfish. For his solo work, he has is own label (which has gotten pretty huge by now). So 2 comapnies at the same time. Hope this clears things up.

Jelpi: "So VIXX is on hiatus because N's in the military." Also Jelpi: "So there's a new single and concerts." N said in his latest letter to Starlight that he's trying to get leave for the concert dates (he won some competitions and it seems that a day off is the reward) so that he can at least be in the audience with the fans. We don't deserve him, y'all. We deserve none of them. Even though they haven't been active as a full group, CEO Ravi never sleeps, Ken and Leo are OWNING musical theater, Hyuk's acting, Hongbin's gone and started a Twitch stream (and a YT channel with it), Ken's also started his own YT channel... ...and they won a popularity award the other month (July?)...despite the fact that they had officially been on hiatus since March. Who does that?! VIXX. VIXX does that.

We need to have a “What happened to Super Junior”. They’ve been through a whole lot as well.

Now that was a roller coaster!! Reminded me all over again why VIXX is my number two group after SHINee. They could do no wrong in my eyes. The concepts. The darkness!! I craved darker themes and VIXX always delivered! And I hadn’t heard yet they were coming back!! I’m so excite Ravi wants to still perform with VIXX! And I was afraid with N in the army it would be a LONG time before I heard them again T_T So I’m very excited! Though I will miss N’s wonderfully unique voice

Now that Hongbin is out of the group, Ravi doing his own thing on the side and the rest of the boys going off to the military, I dont see them coming back as a full group again. A bunch of side projects, solo albums and stage work sure, but I don't think they will ever be the same.

I swear, if Mnet is gonna do a "Queendom" featuring boy groups, I want to see VIXX on it!!! They would kill it!!!

Vixx the KING of concepts and low key some of their MVs could be a kdrama, like bruh am I the only one who shear tears while watching Error. They are my ultimate/main group and I’m crying at my second gen groups going into the army 😭😭😭😭

i vividly remember the day i found out they were performing in chicago. i was 16. i screamed and ran through the house and fell on the floor, my mom thought something was terribly wrong. i then quickly texted my best friend who was also a huge fan. we bought tickets and it was our first ever kpop concert. i will never forget it. it was so surreal...

Wow, I'm feeling so nostalgic watching this. I just realised, out of all the groups from their time, Vixx did pretty well to not get into any controversies, a bit like Sistar. No issues with the company, no members left the group, no scandals, and the members have a great bond. I was surprised that they're having a comeback this year, I didn't think anything was going to happen for a while because N went to the army but I am not complaining.

Honestly I’ve been saying this for years and not just for my babies VIXX, they deserve better. Stop living under rocks and recognize talent!!

I'm still thankful for VIXX introducing me to Kpop as they were the very first group I listened to back in 2013. They had a huge impact on me that time.

VIXX’s music is really timeless. Like I listen to Rock Ur Body even after all this years, and I still freaking love it haha 💖💖 proud to be a Starlight ❤️

I swear some people still don’t understand the genius of their choreography for Hyde. I’ve been following them from their second single. I noticed them a couple of times on music shows when they’d perform at around the same time as BAP and they caught my eye that way. But N was the one that really reeled my in...absolutely love his dedication to the dance and his showmanship as well.

This honestly almost made me cry, seeing their story told here, like this. I’ve also noticed, no matter how many times I hear their songs, or watch their videos, they never feel worn out or old. I feel I chose my ultimate group well, and I’ll be a Starlight forever

VIXX is my ultimate bias group. I've been a Starlight since 2013. I was watching The Heirs and looked up a song I really liked, it was Ken's Name of Love. Then I rewatched The Heirs after I discovered Ken was from the group VIXX and the group did a cameo in the drama. So I went on the search and came across 'Only U' and fell in love. Only U is still my favorite song from them. The boys are super talented and creative. I can't wait for Parallel to be released, I miss my boys so much.

VIXX getting the credit they deserve for the HUGE waves they constantly create for the industry. Love it.

The thumbnail had me in tears (N biased) Got into vixx right around The Closer. Shangri-la had (still has) me dead. They truly are the concept. I didn't listen to most of their b-sides till N enlisted. (Don't ask why i just tried getting my life in order so catching up on kpop went for a little later) literally the best decision of my life. They have a song for every mood and a very unique sound which i Adore and dearly miss. Super excited for the upcoming single and concert. Also the video is very well made. Thank you for making this with so much love.

VIXX has been my favorite K-Pop group since they first debuted and they still are my favorite K-Pop group. And a big part of that might be because of VIXX TV... I have been watching VIXX TV since the very beginning and it just made me fall in love with them 😍💜❤ I miss them 😔

I got into kpop in like 2015 so I feel like I'm new lol. Vixx lr came out with Beautiful Liar and I WAS HOOKED! I listened to that song for months and was terrified to listen to Vixx because I was afraid I wouldn't like their music as much as I loved Beautiful Lair. Then I was talking to someone about them on Tumblr who was a big fan and they were telling songs and shows to watch. By the time I got to Hyde and listened to it a thousand times I became a fan. Not to focus on their looks but I genuinely think they are the prettiest boy band I have ever seen in my life lol. I hate to say this but sometimes I forget about them. Like if I don't hear their music or someone talking about them, I forget how great they are so it's like this perpetual cycle of me listening to their music again after a while and it blowing my mind. Watching this video I'm just like "OMG THIS SONG WAS AMAZING!" two seconds later "THIS SONG WAS ICONIC! WHAT A CONCEPT!" I'm about to listen to them for the rest of the time. My ears deserved to be blessed.

VIXX is my ult and I've been a fan since 2013. With the current situation - N finishing his service but signing with a different agency, Leo and Ken in the military (though Leo will be discharged this spring and Ken will be discharged in the fall) Hongbin leaving the group (with his discharge date this winter) and Hyuk and Ravi still not having served VIXX is at a crossroads. Jellyfish has been treating them worse and worse and they did it to Gugudan as well. I wonder if there will be a VIXX LR comeback after Leo is discharged and before Ravi enlists, that's what seems the best for the group at the moment. I really really want Hongbin to come back but I don't know if he will. I'd be okay with VIXX leaving and signing under another agency too. This is their 9th year and the members are in the late 20s early 30s so the progression of their career isn't unexpected. This happens with pretty much any long standing male group where they go through a period of uncertainty as members do their military service. I just really want to see them together again.

They're literally the best in each of their comebacks. I really don't know why they're being slept on they're not a bed 😒

There is so much to love about them art, sound, structure, vocals and visuals and more..... Love themmm

I LOVE VIXX so much! Flew from Norway to Paris to attend their concert in 2016. And have been so lucky to have seen both N in the musical "In the heights" and Leo in "Mata hari" (both productions, that have a very different way of telling the same story) "Monte Cristo" and "Elisabeth". I love all the members so so much, but Leo is my bias, and his solo songs is also AMAZING

And I happened to stumble upon Leo on the wrong side of his car after one of the musicals. We looked straight at each other. Then I said "Sorry!" and backed of as I felt I came to close. He just said "Wops" and went back to the right side of the car. lol! A special memory. VIXX is the first ever kpop group I ever stan and I don't regret stanning them ever. They are the reason why I got out on my depression when I was 14 years old. they're also the reason why I learned Hangul and many more, their music will always have a special place in my heart, they have no toxic issues and they are just great. Thank you for being part of the kpop industry and my life. You will always be loved no matter what. I love you guys! specially Jaehwan oppa! Thanks!

As far as I know, almost all boy groups are men lmao

My ult group since 2013. Let that sink in, no group had been even close to toping them. Also what happened to them implies they disappeared or something which couldnt be further from the truth. Love the research aspect of this video! Giving VIXX the credit they deserve.

Its quite right to say that VIXX literally one of the few Kpop groups out there where every members has their own endeavours, their own careers. You dont see that often in Kpop, and i must say Jelpi did a very good job maintaining VIXX's longevity in the market. Jelpi wasnt all around perfect, they did have their hiccups with Gugudan, which i cant say much since i'm not really their fans. But seeing so many idols facing struggles trying to make their dues in this cuthroat industry, Jelpi seems like a fresh new air dont you think? VIXX may not the biggest Kpop act out there, but they've proven that they have what it takes to ensure their group stays in the market for a long time. Even the maknae is slowly making name as an actor and composer, that says a lot for Jelpi, i mean at least Jelpi deserves this compliment from me. No other company deserves VIXX as much as Jelpi, so i'm hoping for more in the future from VIXX. Lets stay together for a long time my boys, 😭❤

2021: Hanbin left the group; N didn't extend a contract with Jellfish. ...😔 but I WANT COMEBACK BY VIXX, THEY ARE SO UNIQUE 😭😭

It's even funnier that no one knew about it until a few years later when N mention it.

I just remembered them and feel like crying, I MISS THEM LIKE CRAZY their songs and voices were untouchable. I REALLY want to see them back, they were such a presence in my teen years😭

I miss them a lot. Theit old Vixx TV videos were the funniest thing ever

I wasn't around as a kpop fan for vixx but they are ICONIC

VIXX is my ultimate kpop group and I actually found them only a few years ago after looking up BTS....My bias is Ken and I love all their songs.....most favorite is Error and fantasy.

Oh wow I had wondered what happened! 😅 I remember watching and listening to Vixx during their prime years and I loved it, but honestly I left the Kpop scene around 2016, so I feel so sad of not listening to their later songs for sure... But I'm back listening to Kpop and hope they still do well!

Looking back and see everything that happened with Hongbin leaving the group everything just seems weird now

VIXX was my first Kpop concert and I'm so glad they were. Got to see them at the end of their Eternity era and the beginning of their ERROR one. SO GOOD. I've been to a BTS concert and I totally LOVED it, but it was SO huge and there were so many people there, it didn't feel as "personal" as VIXX's. It's a weird type of feeling when you really want your groups to go big, but you don't want to lose that close-knit community

And they just had a vlive today! Missing them so much I'm so happy that I'm a Starlight ^ ^ Gonna share this vid now thanks a lot for making it!
