WHAT HAPPENED to the 12 Players Drafted Before Donovan Mitchell?
Спорт
Almost 7 years ago, one of the Best Players of the 2017 NBA Draft was selected 13th Overall, Donovan Mitchell. But how come 12 players were selected before him? Especially considering many top picks of the draft have disappointed thus far...

Markkanen's big turnaround was in Cleveland, Utah has been an extension of a trajectory that started there when they played him at the 3 alongside Mobley and Allen

@noahscott8764 i definitely agree. He was amazing with us. I always make sure to go to the jazz games when they are in Cleveland.
Mitchell should've won rookie of the year

Came here to say exactly this. Robbed by one of the most over rated players too ever play in the NBA, who wasn't even a rookie. SMH
Imagine if Mitchell wasn't traded... Murray, Mitchell, and Jokic

Murray and Mitchell would be unplayable together. That backcourt would let a stiff breeze get to the rim.

@@tim.noonanwatch Cleveland games and pay attention to Spida on defense. He is actually way better then People give him credit for
Tatums is a freaking monster made multiple conf finals appearances and a finals appearance at such a young age just under 26yrs old dude is gonna win MVP for sure in the future
Mitchell is an example of a bodytype distracting scouts from ability. Successful shooting guards are never that short, but his talent (plus insane wingspan) helped him buck the trend.
Btw Malik Monk wasn’t traded to the Lakers, he signed there in free agency
Lauri got it going in that season w the Cavs w the three big lineup.

Yea I don't think this dude knew that or he just skipped it to save time
Only player I'd rather have than Mitchell is Tatum. Fox and Markanen are honorable mentions.

Agreed. Although I’d still take Mitchell over Fox and Markanen, really close though
I always though mitchell was dope from the beginning, have no idea how a talent like that could get traded so much
Who oOoOO 😮😮😮 who is fultz?? No.1 pick really? Idk him, first time i heard his name.....76ers ??? I never see him playing in sixers 🤔🤔🤔
He’s my MVP offensive monster & leads league defensive win shares! Why isn’t he seriously in the convo?!
What’s the music?
Who was the 5th overall picked? Jackson or Fox?

After watching this video it's clear there was a lot of talent in that draft. I'd call just two of the players taken ahead of DM as busts, several have had their careers derailed by the injury bug. As is often the case with videos like this, hindsight is 20/20.
