What Happened To EVERY Wrestler From WWE WrestleMania 1?
Спорт
On March 31, 1985, Vince McMahon presented what was to that point his greatest gamble: the first WrestleMania. As the then-World Wrestling Federation continued to swell through national expansion, a colorful and charismatic World Champion, and a mainstream link-up with Cyndi Lauper and MTV, McMahon put all of his eggs into the WrestleMania basket, staging a monumental card one early-spring Sunday afternoon at Madison Square Garden in New York City...

More startling is the number of people from the intro that have died since this series began a few months ago.
We need a sing-along version of this intro.
I'm so proud of you guys - I've followed you since WC, felt fear for you when AB disappeared, but you've fought through everything to be the best wrestling channel on KZread. You put out superb content - three cheers!

What Happened to all NXT call ups from 2014- Present day would make a great video
RIP The Manager from Kaientai
Natural causes age 56?!? Was it because of his weight, if so, I was shocked due to always referring "Natural Causes" as old age.
So many legends lost. Rest In Paradise.
Fun Fact Tito Santana used to play Tight End in college and caught passes from Quarterback Tully Blanchard

That song in the begining has me in tears lol
Welcome back from your trip Adam
Now I'm playing 30 years of wrestlemania what a coincidence
Thanks for the “Rat Pack” mention during the Matt Borne segment. Being a kid from Louisiana, (all apologies for Lafayette) Mid-South, and to a larger extent, Dibiase’s Rat Pack were part of my early childhood. DiBiase was the brains, Duggan was the muscle, and Borne was the crazy wildcard. They were a precursor to the dynamic the Horsemen shared a few years later. Also, Mike Rotunda needs to get more love for his part in the WCW’s Varsity Club before discovering his passion for tax law enforcement in the WWF. Maybe a future show on factions thru the decades?
Keep up the great work guys!!
Next video: What happened to every member of the One Man Gang.
I love this. I don't agree 100% with some comments, but that's why it's so good. I'm a MTV 80's WWF addict and quit watching regularly around 1992. I'm a heel lover, yet a HulkaManiac.
Love the video but I just gotta say that when you where talking about Santana and your photoshopped his head on to the coach of my local college team in Washington 😂😂 I know it’s not that big of a deal but that’s dope lol
I just love the intro. I want it to play forever in a loop.
Best intro on youtube

Fun Fact: Buddy Rose would later open a wrestling school with Colonel DeBeers in Portland and one of the trainees is Brian Zane of Wresting with Wregret.
I'm like everyone else. I came for the intro. For a better treat, speed up the video to 2x
Shocking how nearly half this card has past away and most of them so young
it's that sad moment you realize 9 of these wrestlers are no longer with us today from the first wrestlemania
I just come here for the theme song lol
This song in my head now..... Once the intro plays, The bloody song will stay..... :)
*What Happened To The Venue?* The _fourth_ and current *Madison Square Garden* opened in February 1968, controversially being built on the site of historic Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan of New York City. The self-proclaimed "World's Most Famous Arena", it's hosted just about any and every kind of event you could imagine over its 54 years: the NHL's New York Rangers (including the Stanley Cup Finals in 1972, 1979, 1994 (which they won) and 2015), the NBA's New York Knicks (including the NBA Finals in 1970 (which they won), 1972, 1973, 1994 and 1999), 4 political conventions, the annual Westminster Dog Show, which used to preempt RAW every February, and countless concerts - singer/songwriter Billy Joel even _lives_ there now. In wrestling, on top of WrestleMania I it also hosted Mania's X and XX, as well as the Royal Rumble in 2000 and 2008, SummerSlam in 1988, 1991 and 1998, and Survivor Series in 1996, 2002 and 2011. You can _usually_ tell a high-profile WWE MSG show by its simplified set, typically consisting of just a Titantron-fitted door over the entrance way, uniquely across from the hard cam. In addition, it also hosted a joint NJPW/ROH event, "G1 Supercard", in April of 2019. Since the opening of Brooklyn's Barclays Center in 2012, the number of events at the more-expensive MSG has _slightly_ declined, most notably with WWE snubbing the Garden almost entirely except for a couple of non-televised live events each year, in favour of running televised shows at the newer Barclays Center; or in the case of WrestleMania, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, across the _other_ river from Manhattan. Despite its status as well as a multi-year renovation a decade ago, the Garden's future actually has a bit of uncertainty attached to it - in July 2013 New York City Council voted to give MSG's owners a 10-year operating permit, after which they can either apply for a new permit or move the arena entirely, to make way for a newly-rebuilt Penn Station.
Be interesting to see one of these based on the 1st Starcade
I hope this is gonna be a on going series
They were the trend setters, God Bless them all
Is there a gif somewhere of Pacitti's head bobbing side to side during the intro? That would be the best trolling gif
I don't care where they are now. I clicked the video for the song.
I swear that “what happened to that wrestler “ song gets me all the time 😭😭
Only here for the intro, stay for the quality, top notch boys.

Thank You Adam.

Pour one out for the manager of Kai En Tai
Can I just play devil's advocate for David Sammartino? He was doomed from the outset in the wrestling industry. There was no chance he'd be seen as an equal to his dad. Hell, I don't think ANYONE could truly be an equal to Bruno.
Best intro
