Their biggest mistake is thinking they had to trade for Westbrook when they could've just ran it back. Imo the 2020 championship team would've been just fine had they ran it back. These are the majority of his assists. Not properly developed plays, not great playmaking, just putting backup shooters around you to cover up your mistakes, and to blame when they don’t hit shots. I can give you many examples of this occurring in his career.
