Made a slight error in the translation in 6:05, it should've been "I came here to study in 2016." Apologies for the mistake. Enjoy the video!

Isa pa, basta maibato mo na tanong mo, parang wala ka ng pakialam sa mga sagot nila. Parang medyo rude din yung tono ng pagtatanong mo. Magaling ka naman medyo yung tono lang talaga. Take this as constructive criticism. Thanks

For me, the culture and people, followed by the beaches, food, music. I like the Filipino smile, friendliness and attitude. The women are beautiful.
I could tell that Jongmin has been living in PH for a long time because of his accent
As a Filipino, Im happy to hear the positives & negatives of our country but the best thing to hear is Filipinos are "nice people".
i've been in 28 countries and originally from the Philippines and i found that filipino are welcoming and smiley face. I've been in the UK for 22 years and found that most of the western countries are very serious and Japan too but people here in the west are helpful too not only smiling all the time :) i can't say about South Korea because I haven't been in South Korea. I might come to South Korea.

they're not choosing the Philippines bruh it just happened that some of them are tourists and wanted to visit the country because of the world-class beaches that are located here. And some of them have a purpose like studying and working.
It's just a simple street interview. It's actually the name of the channel.

I'm Filipino living in the Philippines. The Singaporean girl at the beginning is correct that you just need to wave your hand if you want to cross the street, not worry much about the traffic sign and not worry much for jaywalk violation in the Philippines but I've been to Singapore as well, and there in Singapore, all vehicle drivers respect and prioritize pedestrians more especially if it's a green light sign. Here in the Philippines, drivers will usually beep you with their vehicle's horn if you're crossing the street and even if it's a green light or it just so happen that the vehicle speeds faster than you crossing the street.

@A gigantic apocalypse will happen There is a strong cultural and friendship bond between the two countries. Once a US territory, the Philippines didn't have to fight for its independence. It was granted. The current constitution and form of government is pattern after that of the United States. The US also introduce a good educational system which in my opinion helps make the Philippines one the largest English-speaking nation in the world. Now for some Europeans like yourself, it might help to do some background research of how the US plays its part in the European theater during the last two world wars. Back then, thousands of American lives were lost fighting in foreign land such as yours. The least you can say is thank you.

@@83nomad5 Philippines was a colony of the US but not a territory. If they considered the Philippines as a territory then it would be easy for Filipinos to travel in the States and be considered as American citizens and their Philippine currency will be converted from pesos to US dollars (which didn't happen) much like what the U.S. did to Hawaii.

I stumbled upon your channel today and I like the straightforwardness with your interviews. I do feel like you sound a bit monotone in some and sometimes rushed and you have that habit of needing to respond with these = (right - right, interesting, amazing).

Vanessa is beautiful. I’m sure many ppl stare at her and she gets the attention so much.. I’m glad she’s having a good time
Hello brother. Just my humble suggestion: try to respond appropriately to the interviewee's answers especially if they are excited to tell you about their experiences and thoughts about the Ph. I've noticed that you quickly switch to your next question after they answered you with excitement, like with the last girl, you can simply say 'Wow that's nice to hear, next question...' before switching to the next question.
So sad to say sometimes they only show hospitality and warm welcome to foreigners but not to their locals. Just noticed but not all..
@PointlessExistence.

Ouch! Totally agree.. To share my experience as a local Filipino and living abroad. In 2016 summer time, I went to Starbucks in Iloilo City to buy a cold drink but the crew ignored me and served the foreigner that just came after me. I was a bit upset and told myself I made the right decision to be a Citizen of other country as I get better treatment regardless of how I look. Anyway we look on positive things in life and improved more from them.
It's nice to hear what foreigner's think they like about the country but I feel like you should ask them first if they like it here or not..
I like this cuz it doesn’t come off as ethnocentric and obsessed with Filipino-ness compared to most Filipino contents…You gotta work on your questions tho. Keep it short but more interesting like “what would you like to experience in the Philippines (if anything)?” “What do find different/unique?”..Don’t assume they like/love anything. That forces them to not be genuine
great interviews man, short and sweet

Hi,injoy your life in philippines.
Chinese woman. I like her so pretty. ❤️❤️❤️
Just like Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos the Philippines has it's own resorts, natural scenes and other tourists attraction. It doesn't out shine any other cheap tourist destination anywhere in the world. People come to places not because they like it but because they want to see what it offers. Some would comeback several times because they like it or because it's the most affordable that satisfy their craving for a tropical get away.
Thank you for the video. New subscriber.

Foreigners exploit the beaches here in the Philippines, that's why the cost is very high when you go to places like boracay or coron.
Filipinas are good and know how to capture a foreigners heart, they have much fun and lots of kids from the age of 15 then look for old foreigners to use as a mobile ATM so that they can pay for their fun in the years gone by.
number 1 = people 2. cost of living 3. beaches 4. food
Welcome to the Philippines😊😊😊❤❤❤

Nice to have you around here!
You could ask some follow up questions after they give an answer. maybe ask them why or how, and then thats when you move onto the next question about a different topic... just have a normal conversation and be curious. think of what your audience would want to know if they were the one doing the interview.
it seems you're a polyglot . impressive!
Note: those of us who dislike the air pollution, noise, and food, leave rather quickly and thus you wouldn’t find us walking the streets for such interviews.
The korean as most of them who live here for long already adopted the accent and way of speaking
The correct translation for Cira is: "I came here in 2016 to study masters." “我一六年来这里读硕士“
we almost keep forgetting to thank also our native Flips for welcoming, appreciating, sacrificing for the betterment of our visitors, expats, tourists, etc. salamat po sa inyong lahat.
Maybe expand the question. Like Vanessa Sweden, you could have asked why she chose to study civil engineering in PH. Otherwise, nice interview . 🎉
