What Drives You: ESPN's Laura Rutledge navigates life in sports broadcasting
There is no telling when and where you might see Laura Rutledge on television across ESPN's family of networks. From college football and men's hoops to women's softball and gymnastics, she covers a multitude of sports as both a sideline reporter and host.
In 2014, she joined the Southeastern Conference as a sideline reporter for SEC Network and worked her way to becoming the host of SEC Nation. More recently, she added co-host of the ESPN morning show "Get Up!" to her resume.
In this episode of "What Drives You," Rutledge sits down with ESPN colleague, AL.com's Lauren Sisler, to discuss how her unlikely career in sports began, and what it takes to maintain a work/life balance with her growing family as a prominent female in the cutthroat industry of sports broadcasting.

It's an old video, but nothing has changed. Laura is still one of the most beautiful sexiest beautiful women on the planet! She has a perfect gorgeous smile, and she has a great since of humor. A woman with beauty, intelligence, and a great sense of humor is a woman no man would turn down.
