My parents met because my dad was a pilot and my mom was a stewardess for Air Canada back in the late 50's when you were considered a celebrity for it. Watch the show Pan Am to see what it was like. We always dressed up to fly as passengers because we were representing the company. I still do to this day. I wish I had followed in my father's footsteps. 😉✌️

Well.... basically there's no work life balance on wide body, can't say anything on narrow body. Factoring is still used, you'll have the bare minimum days off in Doha. All days off above minimum will be turned into home standby. You'll often get minimum rest or close to it outsation. Your rest time will be part of your days off. You have a family, forget about it. They're multiple articles out there on fatigue level amongst QR pilots, you can find for yourelf what it's like on a few forums, like pprune.

Hello everyone, Today, I want to share my recent booking experience with Qatar Airways. During the booking process, my name was recorded incorrectly and, to my surprise, there wasn’t a step to confirm the name details which is a common practice in the industry. Upon contacting their customer service, I was advised to cancel and rebook. This isn’t an ideal solution as it could potentially disrupt our family trip involving five members. I have shared my experience on other social platforms in hopes of getting a resolution from Qatar Airways. I believe that addressing such issues promptly and efficiently is crucial to maintaining good customer relations and ensuring a smooth travel experience for all passengers. I hope that by sharing my experience, it may help others and also encourage Qatar Airways to resolve this matter promptly.

Disappointment. This was my first experience with Qatar Airways, and unfortunately this was not what I expected. At the beginning of the flight, I was surprised by water drops from the ceiling of the plane, and I did not know where they came from. Was it being prepared from the toilets on the upper floor or what? I informed the employee in charge of the situation and asked him to submit a report and inform me that this situation had occurred. On some trips, I sent an email to the company, and the response was only an apology. Secondly, the crowding that I encountered at the baggage shipping offices at Bangkok Airport and the delay of travelers. In short, Qatar Airways is not the best for economy class, and the value is more expensive than what is offered to the customer.

In Qatar, pilots and flight attendants are slaves, but seriously... once hired you are their prisoner. To get out of the country you have to run away! For goodness sake don't even think about going there.

31/10/2023 Racist crew Me and my wife traveled Etihad airways from LONDON TO ABUDHABI EY 20 (yesterday).. its the worst airline I have ever flown with …Male staff who was serving from 60 to 74 seat was very bad .. feel like he was racist .. I have flown with so many airlines. I never got this kind of experience from no other airline …unfortunately I need to fly with the again on 01/11/2023 .. hopefully it will be my last flight with them .. I never fly with them again .. I prefer Qatar , and emirates for long haul flight …it’s a honest review I suggest people, kindly check before you fly with them…this review will be available for all other airlines site , for passengers
