This is our last series of Qatar Airways vlog. There are a lot of great people work in aviation, most of them aren't or never been on the camera. One interesting fact: Captain Fatima, was on standby and called out last minute to operate the flight. She didn't know the filming before hand and was not even prepared but you can totally feel her confidence. I became a big fan of her throughout the 6-hour flight together.

The In-flight service manager is very passionate about his job. Such a big inspiration. Even the captain is so easygoing. She buttered the landing so well that I didn't even realise she touched the plane down.

That lady captain is something else! Imagine the challenges she's faced to get where she is? I'm going to show this video to my daughters as proof of girl power, thanks Sam.

Like other said not only the pilot manifested confidence, the lead pursuer was confident as well. He did a very good of presenting the various aspects and duties of the cabin crew.

That captain is mesmerising to watch. She could be the star of her own channel. What a talent - charismatic and a damn good aviator. Go girl!

When all eyes on you, wink. A strong woman looks a challenge dead in the eye and gives it a wink. Love the PIC ❤

Does anybody wonder if maybe the first officer absolutely loathes flying with her because throughout the entire flight she lets loose some Pakistani poppers that absolutely smell like the last 2 feet of Satan's rotten and jungle bloated lower intestine? If I was her I'd do it any time I could. Id be ruthless in my mission to share my creations and nobody would ever suggest that I consider crop dusting after retirement.

I noticed that Captain Fatima likes to wink her eye instead of saying either "thank you" or "that's all." She winked her eye a few times during this video, yet not when she was wearing her sunglasses.

Captain Fatima is awesome. If you hadn't told us she was surprised to be presenting, we would haver never known. It helps that the camera REALLY likes her.

This was extremely emotional for me as I just flew on the A380 to Thailand and back to LAX. What a giant plane it is and seeing the performance of the Pilot & co pilot reassured me of my safety.

What a great captain! I could feel the experience and calmness/confidence through the screen. Definitely a role model for future aspiring pilots.

Brilliant! I have often wondered what goes on 'behind the scenes'. Loved every minute of this. Special mention of the flight supervisor; he was so nice.

She's living the dream. She wanted to be a pilot when she was 5 years old. She's now a captain of an A380. Doesn't get better than that.

Fantastic behind the scenes footage Sam... have flown 380 a number of times and at both ends of the aircraft (depending on available cash) and i knew the crew were busy but did not realize just how busy they are .. and they make it look so easy .. much respect to them !

I'm a former Turbofan Test Engineer for Lockheed and Rolls-Royce at Stennis Space Center. One of the engines I worked in during certification testing was the Trent 900 for the A380. Spent many years testing those engines but only ever got to go onboard one A380 and never a flight. It's cool seeing them like this!

I have just joined your army of subscribers having seen a couple of your videos before. But, this was so entertaining seeing behind the scenes and it puts in perspective all the hard work going on that we don’t see when traveling. Such a refreshing change from normal flight experience reviews. Thanks Sam.

the A380 is just astonishing as a piece of engineering, I have never had anything but a fantastic flight on every A380 I have ever flown on, 5 to date.
