On June 26th, 2024, Pastor Neil Sergeant preaches on what God hates, if we should also hate, and if so, what should we hate? The Bible says that God loves the whole world, e.g., John 3:16, but it also says that God hates evil. We preach that God loves the sinner but hates the sin. When we live in sin, God hates our sin, but He loves the sinner, which is why He sent His Son to die on Calvary, defeating the hated sin and redeeming the loved sinner simultaneously for those who have accepted His free gift of salvation.
