Home prices never dropped during the recession in Oklahoma but continued to rise very slowly. But in the last 15 years you can't get as much house and land as you used too although you can still get more than in a number of states. There is a neighborhood in North Edmond with around 300 homes similar to this house and it's still being built in with a lot being contemporary modern builds. A number of neighborhoods are going up East of I 35 similar to this with upper priced homes hidden by trees and hills. That area is becoming a secondary city of its own even though it's part of Edmond or northeast OKC city limits.
Hoping to move out to Tulsa in the next few years so looking at your videos is a huge help in figuring out if this is where we want our last stop to be. Thank you so much for the informative videos!

Wow! That is 2 1/2 times bigger than a home out here in SoCal for the same price. I'm looking forward to making Tulsa my home real soon. And it was nice meeting you back in July when we came out to visit Tulsa.
A lot more houses about to go up in way south Tulsa, 121st east west corridor, the whole area in far south Tulsa loaded with large houses
Can you do some videos of homes in Berryhill, Catoosa, Glenpool, Bixby, or Broken Arrow in the future please?

I’m moving!! My 1 bedroom condo can sell for over $300k (in Oregon), and it’s 15 years old 😢

Tulsa city proper usually misses tornados, been really lucky for the last 30-40 years with no major direct hits, I'm talking F3 and stronger, very rare for Tulsa
