ਸੁਆਗਤ ਹੈ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਕਿਡਨੀ ਪਲੱਗਡ ਇਨ ਤੇ। ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਐਪੀਸੋਡ 'ਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦਿਖਾਵਾਂਗੇ 2024 ਕਿਡਨੀ ਵਾਕ ਕੈਂਪੇਨ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਖਾਸ ਪਲ। ਇਹ ਵਾਕ ਜੂਨ 2 ਨੂ ਬੀਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਕਨ ਦੀਆਂ 15 ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਕਟੋਰੀਆ ਤੋਂ ਪੀਜੀ ਤੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਫ੍ਰੇਜ਼ਰ ਵੈਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਲੈਕੇ ਯੂਕਨ ਤੱਕ। ਕਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਿਡਨੀ ਵਾਕ ਦੇ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਕੇ, ਪੂਰੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੋਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਡਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਪਲਾਂਟ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਜਜ਼ਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਆਏ ਸਨ। ਫ੍ਰੇਜ਼ਰ ਵੈਲੀ ਵਾਕ 'ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਤਸਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਜੋਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪਲੱਗਡ ਇਨ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੇ ਬਖੂਬੀ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰੀ ਬਰਸਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਠੰਢ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਸ ਵਾਕ ਦਾ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ-ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣੇ।

PLUGGED IN episode # 249 is a Punjabi language episode that is packed full of highlights from the 2024 Kidney Walk campaign, that took place on Sunday, June 2nd in 15, YES, 15 communities across BC & The Yukon!
One of the communities hosting a Kidney Walk was Surrey in the Fraser Valley. Over 80 participants came out to Bear Creek Park, on Sunday, June 2nd to walk, rain or shine, in support of persons living with kidney disease and their families.
PLUGGED IN reporter, Yash, was on-location to catch all the action and speak with volunteers and participants alike and to find out who they were walking for. Fraser Valley Kidney Walk participants raised over $23,000 and showed that TOGETHER, they are stronger than kidney disease!
