@@quintonr9670the LEQ ones were light. I did the one about social movements and talked about how the civil rights and environmental movements shaped the U.S. into the haven of free and progressive ideals it is today.

these are feeding into my delusion that i’m going to pass 😭 edit: now that these are released and i can say that was a total lie. crying myself to sleep 😇

As a someone who just took the exam, you got all LEQ basically correct except for LEQ 3 and DBQ you were close but I don’t want to say what it is yet so I doing get in trouble with college board. You were very close though

for me she got the dbq completely right and the first 2 leq right but 3rd was different

I have my apush exam on may 10th hopefully your right! I still need to review earlier periods but I feel solid about Cold War containment policies like kennans long telegram, Marshall plan, Truman doctrine. But also the second red scare and the rise of McCarthyism and the arms race.

How positive are you about the dbq prompt?

Can you explain a bit more what you mean by "impact of colonization on American Indians"? What are some of the key terms and ideas students would need to answer this question well? Thank you!

For this, think about impacts of disease most importantly like the Colombian exchange brought disease to the new world and greatly hurt natives population. Also, like how did each colonizing nation interact with the natives like their povs toward them. Like French traded with them and generally had good relations whereas British colonies weren’t as fervent toward them. Think about the revolts that came from colonization metacoms, Pueblo revolts. Also Spanish traatment like the encomienda system.

I would also say the 7 years war (French and Indian War), British encroachment on land, and Pontiac's Rebellion would be some good examples too

I’m assuming things like how they were imapcted in a good way things like food and animals were b rough over or in a bad way, land was taken, forced religion, fighting, disease, etc

You couldn't have been more wrong about the DBQ and LEQs But it was still easy cuz i'm Just That Smart

SAQ are usually focus on more of a specific part of a theme/unit so they are a lot harder to predict so some people don't at least that's what I've gathered
