En mi primer trabajo tuve una jefe muy amable. Nunca tuve una mala experiencia. Y en general por el momento me gusta la idea de tener jefe porque la única alternativa es ser jefe (a veces tu propio jefe) - y creo que de momento no es mi ambición. 😅😂

Me recuerdo tuve un jefe cuando trabajaba en un restaurante hace cinco o mas anos. El teno mucho paciencia y teno un personalidad my amable y relajado.

Yo he tenido cuatros jefes en lo mismo trabajo y todos son amables. Ellos eran alrededor de mi edad. Asi que eran comprensivos, simpaticos, no muy estrictos, etc. Era mi primero trabajo, tuve suerte.

Tenia cuatro jefes plus 'linea punteada' en el mismo trabajo y fue un desastre!

Creo que no se supone que el jefe sea amable; más bien que sea justo, respetuoso con sus empleados, porque eso es lo que al final importaría.

Además de reconocer el factor humano, creo que un buen jefe debe tener mucha paciencia con sus empleados asimismo asegurarse de que haya un buen equilibrio entre la vida dentro y afuera de la oficina. Por suerte, no he tenido ningún problema con mis jefes hasta ahora y diría que la mayoría poseen las características que todos mencionaron.

Yo creo que lo más importante es tener un jefe que pueda transmitirte pasión y que te escuche y que te dea cada dia nuevos retos con los que mesurarte !

Un bueno jefe es persona que tiene compasion, y tambien es muy fuerte con Las Norma's.

Si trabajo en una empresa, espero que mi jefe/jefa sea amable, pero la realidad es dura.

Estoy estudiando en colegio y asi no tengo un jefe pero espero que voy a tener un jefe muy amable cuando trabajaré

Tienes un buen orden de tus ideas en Español, pero se entienden mejor si las escribes así: "Estoy estudiando en un colegio, por lo que ahora no tengo un jefe; pero espero que cuando trabaje tenga un jefe que sea muy amable".

Hi Todd! I follow lots of channels and this channel I love but you’re right that it is not easy. Because it interviews native people, it’s going to be at a more advanced level in my opinion. The subtitles in both languages are a help. I think the word Easy is just a fun title for the channel. They do have some slower videos though that are labeled differently I believe, or at least I saw one the other day. What might encourage you and help is go to a channel called Dreaming Spanish. This one is divided by levels and start working through the playlists by levels. Then after lots of hours of comprehensible input, this channel will seem easier to you. Don’t give up. Another channel that I follow and has a variety of levels and is super entertaining is Español con Juan. Spanish Playground also…. Those three should help a lot…. Cheers.

To have a boss is to be a slave. In many societies it would have been crazy to have a boss yet we continue with this arrangement. There is no democracy in our workplaces, instead, we have dictators. And the people often so desperate for a job have no other choice but to enslave themselves just to survive. Nor is the need for liberty often brought up, as our society treats this as something completely normal and that it should not be questioned.
