Yep, Ravens got rattled and the Chiefs capitalized on it. But also, as mentioned in this video, Baltimore made some bad calls, couldn't seem to self correct in a timely matter. On a separate note, the 4 talking heads in this video seem so disappointed with the outcome of this game. I don't think they like KC.

100%, especially if it wasn't actually scripted or rigged. I never believed it was fixed, until yesterday. Let's assume it's not, the coaching needs to be completely reworked.. but it feels too obvious to not be rigged. The Ravens had the NFL's leading rushing offense and they don't run the ball at all? Why sign Dalvin Cook? Gus Edwards gets 3 carries.. against a weak run defense. The Bills ran for 200 yards on KC last week. It just doesn't add up.

It's Mental, that whole Ravens team looked frustrated instead of confident 1 seed throughout the 2nd half, only way to improve your performance in big moments is to be in more big moments, they gotta keep grinding.

So is no one gonna give the Chiefs defense credit? They’ve saved them numerous times this year yet people just want to say Lamar choked. Yes he didn’t play a good game but one of the main reasons was because the Chiefs defense was making it difficult all game.

Ravens should have won easily. Yes, KC defense was good again, but same was the Ravens D - BUT: in the end Ravens created a lot of minus yards, first downs for KC, turnovers... Clowney ended his career finally with a dumb move, Zay Flowers will never again taunt a player, Lamar should just play ball and run if he wants to! He seemed always to hesitate a half second too much (sacked and run lane closed)... As much as I do not like the Ravens, I hoped they would be successful... A win was in reach, several times for the Ravens...

All i heard was them blaming the OC, and excusing LJ; when JA had a nearly perfect game they ripped him to shreds calling him overrated and a choke artist. no praise on the chiefs d from either game. I mean think about that. JA had a nearly perfect game, barely squeezed out 24 points, and had to battle for every yard. meanwhile tua and jackson could only manage 1 td each and did jackshit against the chiefs. at some point you gotta praise the chiefs d.

Lamar is a great player but you could see the panic set in with him as the game went on.

No, you could clearly see this was rigged or scripted. I never believed the National Fixed League was actually rigged until after that Ravens game. The bills ran for 200 yards on KC's weak run D last week and the Ravens don't run the ball at all?! Why sign Dalvin Cook? This was the exact reason. They make no adjustments to start running, either. Gus Edwards had THREE carries the whole game. Lamar was playing elite football the past 4 weeks. Lamar went from being the first QB in NFL playoff history to rush for 100 yards & 2 TD's while throwing for 2 TD's with a passer rating of 100+ in a game, to Bryce Young throwing in to triple coverage in a single game? Go watch the past 4 Ravens games, then this one and you'll clearly see they weren't supposed to win against Taylor $wift. That was blatant.

The Ravens simply keep choking when it matters and do not run the ball against subpar running defenses.

Brock Purdy, on this day, proved he is the more and most VALUABLE player and I'm a Ravens fan. @@mikedoria2073 Burrow hasn't proven much more. No current QBs really have outside of Mahomes and sort of Allen, but Allen and the Bills lack awareness in the big moments. Burrow needs to prove he has more durability than Tua before he gets called a premier, franchise QB. He also lacks awareness the same way as Allen, seeing as though he has been sacked 29 times in 7 playoff games.

Allen had a banged up defense and still managed to be down by 3 points late in the 4th in Chiefs territory. Allen just couldn’t pull through. Lamar had an entirely healthy team and got skunked. Allen and Burrow are in a tier above Jackson, and Mahomes is in his own tier looking down at every QB in the league

Veteran player, coach, and staff experience turned steele for both Kansas City and San Francisco. The Super Bowl is now the battle of the small hands, Mahomes and Purdy.

Ravens celebrated last week win like they made the super bowl already, when they beat a young Texans team. Chiefs are a different animal.

The Ravens always disappoint when they’re the favorites in the playoffs. They went 13-3 with Steve McNair and lost at home to Colts. They earned the 1 seed during Lamar’s MVP season and lost at home to the underdog Titans and now this.

20 out of 37 speaks of: Bad passing choices or lack of help on the running side. That wasn't the case. So, it is on Lamar. Sadly.

You can't fake poor performance like Lamar Jackson turned in against the Chiefs. Lamar looked like Ned in a first-grade reader and he had that deer in the headlights look the entire game both on and off the field. Lamar was truly out of his league in that big game for all the marbles.

I personally didn't think the chiefs defense could do it because of what i saw against Josh Allen. I thought the chiefs secondary was pourous but they showed up to play and matched the defensive effort of the Baltimore Ravens. What i wanna know is what Cam Newton has to say about this performance. Because he was calling Brock Purdy a game manager yet Purdy had a better performance than even Goff himself.

Yeah, you are the first person that mentioned this. There were times when he was buying time in the pocket but he was trapped inside. If you looked at it, he didn't have anywhere to scramble.

I agree with McCourty and others. I think fans could've accepted if Jackson had put up a big game and they lost. He is their best player. He didnt even look like he was settled all game. He made some highlight plays but the basic plays he failed badly. He underthrew. He overthrew deep. He didnt even try to run. He looked rattled. Confused how he threw directly into triple coverage to Likely.

Ha ha. I'm a niners fan. If I turn off the TV and go for a walk, they seem to do better.

The loss is on our entire offense. We didn’t run the ball against a team who has a much better pass defense than run defense, Zay got a taunting penalty and then fumbled in the end zone, then we throw a red zone pick. A lot went wrong but to pin it on Lamar is ridiculous.

JA has a passer rating of 100.0 with 2,723 yards, 21 touchdowns and 4 interceptions in 10 games in the playoffs in his career. Lamar has a passer rating of 75.7 with 1,324 yards, 6 touchdowns and 6 interceptions in 6 games in the playoffs in his career. Allen should not be criticized to the same level for his teams' loss. Lamar barely even shows up.

He needs to give the defense some of his money, they made it look respectable. All year long I had to hear from everyone that we were not ready for big boy football. Need to trade Lamar while he has some value (like a 6th round pick) and get a Superbowl win brought to Baltimore ! Does anyone know how much we owe him if he is traded ?

Lamar was the first QB in NFL playoff history to have 100 rushing yards & 2 rushing TD's and 2 throwing TD's with a passer rating of 100+ in a playoff game last week. He was playing elite the past 4 games, then all of a sudden he turns in to Bryce Young in a single game? It doesn't add up. Feels like they weren't supposed to win against Taylor $wift. The Bills ran for 200 yards on KC last week, the Ravens had the NFL's leading rushing offense and they don't run the ball at all? Why sign Dalvin Cook? Gus Edwards gets 3 carries.. feels like the National Fixed League.

The Ravens really disappointed. The play calling and execution in the offense was completely off. And the defense didn't do enough against the Chiefs offense. Sad.

Honest question. Was he paid to tank or just not that good? At times it seemed he could have more on his rushes but held back. And ghosted some throws all over. And according to a lot of fan bois he is an MVP. So which one is it? Overrated or greedy?

Playcalling was desperate and frantic. They abandoned the run. They intentionally made themselves one dimensional. It's so disappointing.

If a team abandons the thing they're best at, they deserve the loss and all the criticism.

The Ravens proved that they're a team that's immature, undisciplined, and not ready for the next level. Lamar had a large part in that, as he played like a deer in the headlights for much of the game. If this version of the Ravens wants to be champions, they have a lot to learn. You can't act like you're out on the playground on this big of a stage.

Dolphins and Bills are pass heavy teams and the chiefs defense are great at stopping the pass (they are ranked #4 against the pass) but their run defense is mediocre (they are ranked #18 against the run). even the bills was able to run the ball all over the chiefs. the chiefs won that game because their offense was cooking the bills. the chiefs offense was hardly doing anything outside of the first 2 drives. the ravens were throwing way too many deep passes against the chiefs. they were the #1 run offense in the league and they was overthinking the gameplan that they should have did. them getting the run game going has been making their pass game more fluid all season. don't get me wrong here, the chiefs defense played good, but it was more of the ravens overthinking the gameplan, lamar overthrowing passes, and the whole team having a mental breakdown.

Brock is what they said Lamar was.

If you are un the AFC playoffs, you hope you are going to play Lamar and the Ravens...its a sure win

The most important game happened to be their worst. To me the lack of discipline stupid penalties and turnovers for a two time MVP he sure loses a lot of home playoff games he’s obviously no Joe Flacco

I'm a Ravens fan and this is most definitely on the team because they abandoned their identity for a new plan and got absolutely creamed by the Chiefs this most definitely should be a lesson learned and a teaching moment for the Ravens moving forward also we should sign two more receivers to pair up with Zay Flowers, I think that Rashod Bateman should go honestly because Michael Thomas and Calvin Ridley would be wonderful weapons for Lamar Jackson to play with fasho
