My ten year old son absolutely adores your videos. He keep quoting your fun “whee’s”. I started making some clusters last week and discovered your videos and so inspired to not overthink and just tear and place bits and bobs. Trying to learn how to use my brand new crocodile’s I’ve had for over a decade and never even opened! I have hundreds of vintage and pretty colored eyelets I bought about 15-20 years ago I’m trying to incorporate into my designs once I figure them out again.

I *JUST* commented on another video about you giving me anxiety and palpitations because you were using a knife to (very badly) get the back off a sticker. You responded it was dull, and you were being very careful. So now what do you do?? Stab yourself with a needle!!! Maybe you should have used that Bearly Arts Glue to stop the bleeding 😂😂 Ahhhh, sorry. I was laughing with you. Not at you 😃 You crack me up. Thanks for the laughs. I needed them today. Although I'm very sad I missed your closing act because the camera operator pushed the wrong button 😘

Love Waterstones, I miss that shop and the cheap prices (books are so expensive over here). I once went posh and ordered a box of wine from the Sunday Times Wine Club and the delivery driver just chucked the box over our 6 foot gate. STWC we’re really good and sent a whole new box even though only 2 bottles were broken. It said on the box fragile and what was in it and he still chucked it. Loving this it’s giving me so many ideas which hopefully won’t overwhelm me

I don't understand filling a journal before it's sewn in - I think it would make the sewing quite difficult and thick. I prefer doing it the other way around. But that's just my preference. Love your videos.

To be honest i do it both ways, it all depends on what mood i'm in, but i agree it's often easier to decorate after the journal is made. sometimes i don't have the attention span for a full journal, but love making the ephemera pieces. I'm busy mass making a load of journals i'll be putting together before decorating☺️🤗💜

Thank you for all the great videos you're making and for sharing your beautiful creations, I really enjoy watching them🌻 Don't know if anybody already said this, but the paper at 11.25 is from Denmark. There's a calendar, the big writing is an invitation to visit the City Archive and its address, opening hours, and phone number. The big chunk of text is about some kind of "shooter brotherhood" (in lack of better terms). Never heard of them before, but googled and turns out they still exist as a yearly tradition in Horsens, even to the extend the Danish royalty shows up to their yearly "bird shooting", which is basically just they shoot at some wooden bird-board and compete, as far as I could understand, and then they win prizes (at least so it is now). Lunden is the location where they compete. Hope it helps🙂

Is the shooter brotherhood a schutzverein? I don't know if I spelled that right, but in the German-settled parts of Texas there are shooting clubs from the mid to late 1800's called that.

Hi Julie. How's the crochet going? Unpicked 5 rows of my Sue's crochet this week and I kept thinking of you. Had a good giggle about your Royal Mail comment about the state of your parcel. You are lucky. Our parcels just never arrive here in South Africa. The up side of that is that we don't get junk mail or accounts either 😂😂😂

I can just imagine that Deb😅 Arghh i was so angry that i'd done that. Now i know how to chop videos up i will do the zooming and pausing in the editing app. Can't remember the jokes from the bit that went up now, i've had a sleep since then😘🤗💜

I have been a subscriber for quite some time and truly like your style, I am a Geordie living in Canada now and love to hear your accent makes it feel more at home. I have progressed from making junk journals, then paper beads, then on to Cards, and then onto Mini Album, then onto embellishment which I really do enjoy. However, most of my friends just aren't crafty folk and so I am at a loss as to what to do with all that I have accumulated over time. I am not going to stop crafting as it is my "me" space, I have gone down the RAK road, but that can get quite expensive with the postage, I can't imagine how to explain to friends what to do with the tags, hidden pockets, journal cards, etc, Any ideas, I did have over 20 Penpals before Covid, and now only one still corresponds anymore. Any ideas for sharing?? Love to hear from other crafters if they have the same issues and how they share their crafts.

Thanks lovely☺️ i think the only thing left for you to do is sell them. I know exactly what you mean about the expense though. I'd love to give away all i make just to get more room, but the postage is a killer. I have a list of people i want to send things to, but can only afford to send a couple a month. But then selling them is a job in itself. You need to promote your items to people willing to buy. If you don't have a social media presense i would say Etsy is your best. Hope that helps love🤗💜

To be honest we havent had them for years either, but yellow pages was only pased out a about 5 years ago. Wish i'd saved all mine as they go for silly money on ebay😐 🤗💜

Thanks Candis😊ooo my favourite corner rounder is the grey one i use amzn.to/43nX1Fw A good one for chipboard and multiple sheets is the WRMemory keepers one amzn.to/3q3DX1g however i dropped and broke my WRMK one, but i have recently learned they may be able to help me. hope that helps love🤗💜

Yeah.... i found the tim holtz playlist... and watched quite a few... it looks so good, when you use all the same... Im so happy , I got wallflowers and memorandum, found them both... Ill be ready for everything Tim!! I cant wait to start one of these... but I made myself promise I would finish up unfinished projects first.. hahahahah....

You are being very sensible love. i've been sorting through stuff and i have a huge box of unfinished stuff. some i will finish as i intended and some i will repurpose for other new projects, but like you i need to finish the unfinished. i have two part made covers from the first video where i had one made up in every stage already dry, so i'm starting with those and getting two more journals finished☺️🤗💜

Put them out of sight love😘 downside to that is my cupboards are all full😅 oooo furniture sounds interesting. I've been going to paint a chest of drawers i have with chalk paint for so long that it's gone in and out of fashion a few times since the original idea☺️🤗💜
