Thanks for this post. I been using OnSong since 2014 and have gotten a lot of my musician friends onboard. I just recently downloaded 2022 and wanted to know the diff so I found this video. Thanks for the great support.

We've been using the app for just over a year and a half and we are so thankful for the product you've put out. Yes we've had some small issues here and there and we're working through everything on our side as well (can anyone say learning curve?!? Lol) But overall.....I would not want to go back to binders EVER! Quality product for a small business. You guys keep up the good work. And customer support is amazing considering there are only 7 of you.....☺️

Folks may disagree, but honestly an ad-supported version might be pretty awesome. I feel confident I'd use something like that.

Well your app is extraordinary and I can tell you are a great company. My only concern is that when I purchased 2020 I was incredibly pleased with all the features and digital sheet music “custamability” (yeah not a word but u get it). So I finally upgraded my iPad and when I went to re-download my already purchased feature rich 2020 OnSong…it didn’t allow me to do that. So I said…u know what…”this app is so good”…I’ll buy it again. And I did but, I figured the most affordable version of 2022 still had all the features of my already purchase 2020 version, but it did not. Unless I’m missing something. I couldn’t make the lyrics bigger or the chords bigger and highlighted, things I absolutely love btw. So I just set down my new iPad and went back to my old one because I love and need 2020. Is there anyway to put my already purchase and much loved 2020 onto my new tablet?. No matter what I’m gonna stick with u because your product is the best..but I would love to stick with 2020 if possible👊🙌🔥🎸🎙…sorry that was so dang long.

yes, it is in your purchased app. Actually i am using ipad air 2 and only Onsong app, but now it crashes all the time ( now i am waiting for support team help ) and i dont want to have 2022 version.

What are the systems requirements to download/install this app on iPad and Mac laptop including storage spaces ideal to have.

Onsong has been great. I lead once a month and don't want a 50$ subscription just for that. 2020 is NOT stable at all! Crashing a lot, onscreen drawing disappear... It's been like that for months. Pleaaase stick to your promise to update it so it works.

Hello Team. I have upgraded to 2022 but still also 2020 on my IPad. 1) Can this cause any problems in one or the other version? 2) If I add a new song to 2022 it is also included in 2020 - is this an Intension ? 3) Are you adding in future the possibility to add score lines function so that in the lyrics / chord charts scores (some bars) can be added and scores can be added with the Apple Pencil?

I stopped using onsong the day y’all switched to the subscription model.

Is there a free library of song charts within OnSong? Like if I search "Beatles", will I see a ton of Beatles songs with chords/lyrics? Or is this app only for creating them from scratch/importing txt/PDF's etc? Seems a shame if an OnSong user already imported popular songs, those wouldn't then also be on a network available to other users.

I paid for the Lifetime subscription to move from 2020 to 2022. How do I transfer all my data and songs, etc from 2020 to 2022 app? Thanks Ps. Best app ever for live music groups. I’ve been using it since just after it originally came out.

If it's not immediately available in OnSong 2022, you can always backup and restore your library from one version to the other. onsongapp.com/videos/backup

Spotify integration is marketed as a feature in OnSong 2022, I don't see an option to link a Spotify account in the current version. Am I missing something or is that not a feature?

Where can i download the 2020 version on the appstore? I have a new ipad and i can’t find it. i’ve purchased the full version years ago

I just got a new iPad gen 9. In the Apple Store....only Onsong 2022. I bought onsong ...long ago. Maybe 10 years ago?

I keep reading that OnSong is available for my Windows Surface 8 but see no download from your website. How do I obtain a copy or liecence

Just one question: why do u give the 2020 users just one month to update? We purchased a lifetime use of the software, I get we can update and pay for it. But why not keep that option open for the future too? So 8 can, lets say, in a year, still decide to pay the 100,- to go to 2022? I dont feel the need for 2022 just now, and others might not be in the position to pay this amount right now. The amount of 2020 users will not grow, it can only benefit u, that in the near future more of us will pay to update to 2022.

There is currently a promotion to get a lifetime subscription to OnSong Premium for a one-time cost of $99.99. This is just a promotion for the summer and may come back a few times. OnSong 2022 is open to any OnSong Premium subscriber which is always available as a standard subscription.

I’m super frustrated with the app right now!

It was a great product, now you really have crap. Worked like a charm. No support required. Now with the new version you need support? I've been with you since day 1. Today I look for new app in the marked. Now I get messages to pay for things I've already paid for a long time ago! And sorry to say but their support is miserable!! Now for over months still no help and I stil cant use the app! I will not recomand you anyore!

Please keep things simple for all - give us one app and one subscription like every other app provider 🤞🤞

That's how OnSong works now. One subscription, one app. We just don't want to leave those who purchased the app without support for OnSong 2020 and we certainly don't want to force anyone to get the subscription.

That doesn’t work for those of us who have already purchased 2020 and that’s all we need … to each his own .

When I am importing songs I used to hit one button to do edits on a text file now I have to hit two buttons and unless there’s a way around that

And can you easily import a 20 file into 22

Hello! Yes, song files between 2020 and our current 2023 app can be seamlessly shared with one another. Usually, songs are commonly saved as .txt or .pdf files, and both versions of our app accept those file formats and many others.
