As a Malaysian I am not actually surprised since I once hear that foreign countries that Japanese want to live in was Malaysia as No.1 country. However as huge fan of Japan it kind of surprised to know that Malaysia and Japan mutually like each other somewhat? I used to have impression that Japanese are not fond of foreigners however knowing this slightly change my image of Japanese people.

Japanese people love Malaysia. I brought some Japanese friends to lepak mamak at 4pm on a Wednesday. They were shocked to see so many people sitting around doing nothing during work hours. Such stress free environment is like a fantasy to them.

I’ve been to Japan in 2017. Osaka, Kyoto & Nagoya to be precise. It was such a great experience. I love Japan & the people. I would love to come to Japan again.

I once went to Japan with a bunch of friends, all of us were 1Malaysia (Malay, Chinese, Indian). I think we were in Kyoto when we were chatting with some locals in a sauna, and one guy said we are very diverse. Then we randomly asked which of us you think is Chinese. Among all of us, the guy pointed at the darkest fella, my Indian friend! 🤣🤣🤣 That was freaking hilarious, picking the Indian who is the furthest different one in skin tone and facial feature. We can't stop laughing about it til today!

There is so many Japanese can speak Malay..but the one gave me huge impression was Japanese women she's married with Malay man and now she working in Malaysia her story was unique and now she was friendly with all the villager's.. I forgot the channel and her name this story I knew her from 2 years ago but when I saw Japanese it's reminded me about her..

@@Aeybiseediy no way. If in view from history perspective, Malays is a friendly race yet they have pride of their culture and religion. In the past, malay language adopted Sanskrit word due to Hindu and buddha later is Arabic word due to they embrace Islam.

I've been to tokyo japan way back in 2013. The people were all very warm and kindhearted, for example there was this old lady in her 70's who went back to catch up with me to tell me the direction to akihabara, before that she didn't know the direction. I guess she went to find information about that place just to help me.a very kind hearted lady indeed. Arigatou obasan.

im malaysian, been there for a vacation, and i found that japanese are soooo nice and helpful

I've been to Hokkaido in 2017 and i can say it is a super wonderful experience. Japanese people are friendly but they are a bit shy to communicate due to not many of them can speak English. Despite that challenge, most of them will still put an effort to help even with minimal English or just use sign language. Just like most people who love anime, I like Japanese mecha and City Pop. Thanks for spreading the awareness of our country.

I'm learning Japanese at the moment and pretty sure im at the intermediate level already! hopefully ill be way more fluent by the end of this year so that we could hangout together! xD I live in KL

tbh, i already surprised the fact that they know malaysia hahaha could be because of badminton or any sport related. Some of them also have been here before, it's interesting. I've been to Japan, tokyo and osaka to be specific and i love the experience. i love how peaceful osaka is even though the shops close pretty early in japan but it's a very nice trip :) I can't wait to go to Japan again

In 2017... My grandparents told me we're going to Japan... And when we're at airport... They said we're going to Australia- After hearing that... I didn't talk for 2 days... I- I'll never forget about that ;-;

I actually met so many Japanese people in Malaysia especially in Suria KLCC because there's Kinokuniys book store there 🤭 but I'm too afraid to greet them because my Japanese is just beginner level
