Sir i have varicose veins by birth. From childhood till the age of 18 i didn't felt any pain or itching. In 2022 i traveled 5h by nonstop standing after that noticed little bit pain and itching, limb colour changing but right now it's to much pain and sometimes itching too and limb colour changing into dark. And i can't stand 5 mins without stockings sir pls help

You might need a detailed examination and further evaluation as varicose veins can not start from birth. There's a possibility that you might have a vascular malformation or Klippel Trenaunay Syndrome with visible veins and that would need other treatment
