    I REALLY needed this, T.Y.🙌 ...predisposition and Stress.. I couldn't tolerate.!! Sept-Nov: Became empty nester, Lost my life savings, Lost my Dream career job i loved, and🥀My Grandma, Uncle and his son Died..! I've been mentally sick with Stress, Anxiety, Insomnia and Depression. Lost 32 lbs, and my eyesight went bad. I just stay in the apt, and suffer 24/7... for 8 months now. Having S.I. everyday... i need to somehow hang on.

    Thanks for this. I started going downhill when someone I thought was a friend stopped talking to me plus I stopped talking to my cousin but I'm glad the person is gone because she wanted to stay up till 2am talking which was a huge no because getting rest when suffering from depression is very important. She was never a friend anyways and I believe may have been jealous too. She never congratulated me when I graduated from college, put me down when I first took her to my campus and said the dumbest thing, and also got jealous when I got back a huge settlement from my lawyer. She spoke down on what I won so I told her off how she don't have it and she wouldn't make that much from work in a year so I think me fighting back made her mad but who cares. I'm glad she's gone. Mom always told me about her and I should've listened but sometimes low self-esteem caused by depression causes you to latch onto people who are not good for you. I am glad it's easy for me to cut people off now that I am getting older but having noone nor family to reach out to makes me really sick. I live with my mother but all she does is complain, drinks, and curses all day. Very wicked. I went into the hospital for pneumonia a years ago and I felt so much better and content because I was far from the negativity of my parent plus I felt cared for having my own room looking over the city. It was pure peace just being alone with people that cared for me -- something I don't get at home 😔 Wish I had the millions of dollars that I truly believe is coming into my life right now because I would happily be living in a nice penthouse someone downtown from me in Manhattan on the 20th floor (I'm too scared to be way too high up). I would choose to have a roommate and choose to look for a nurse looking to pay less just to have someone stay with me because I hate being alone since it causes me to feel worse depression and anxiety wise and having a Healthcare professional around would do wonders for me. I don't believe it but I will speak positive now and say, " I will be okay"! I know to God I will! For now I will fight to accept where I'm at in life. Acceptance is a good CBT skill and it's very effective.

    This is an amazing video. I suffered years on medication. I became severely depressed while on medications. Later I learned many of these medications have FDA issued BLACK BOX WARNINGS and suicidal ideation and depression are listed as possible side effects🤦‍♀️ These psychiatric drugs/medications are dangerous for some people.
