Chip Foose is a legend in the car building world! I honestly think I have watched every episode of overhaulin at least 3 times. I had a 1952 pontiac 2 door that I had inherited from my father when he passed. But life happens, children have needs that always come first. Since then I have also been declared 100% disabled by the VA from the military. So yeah that was I dream but they don't always happen. My goal now is to try and acquire a Chevy Camaro before they are discontinued. Always loved them and Corvettes but the vettes sit too low. But yeah, I got off track. I would love to see Chip get back into building his custom cars! His designs are second to none! Gotta love the Foose fade

Exactly, the narrator sounds like a US Army technical manual voice - you can tell he isn’t a car fan, no excitement nor warmth at all about Foos the genius nor his creations.

Foose is among the best automotive designer 🙏

I’m glad you touched on his personal life- he is a truly inspirational human being, and a talented genius of our time. Always has a heart about what he does, and I genuinely love most of his design ideas. Of course,not everyone will agree, but that is because taste in artistic creativity is always subjective, but it’s hard to argue that Chip Foose is a very decent human being first, and talented designer and fabrication specialist to boot. 👌

The custom panatara known as the diacosa was built at project design in Goleta CA. My dad Ray Kinney was the actual builder of that car. Sam Foose was a fantastic mouth piece for the shop. It took both men to make a custom body shop work at the level it did. Look at the history of both men, they raised the level of custom work above and beyond any two people could ever imagined.

I'm a big fan of Chip Foose , love his show Overhaulin . As a kid in the 50's I use to draw cars and trucks and put on different fronts and rears and dream someday I'd have one of my creations . His cars are really awesome and I watch his show everytime it comes on , thanks for sharing . Keep on designing Chip .
