I purchased 2 Ring indoor plug-in cameras and neither of them would connect to WiFi. I would enter my password correctly but still no connection. (My solution that worked) Have a friend with another smart phone turn on their Mobile Hotspot and connect your camera. An update will be performed and installed. Once the update is complete, disconnect from Hotspot and try connecting to your router. Hope this helps.
