What Can I Do If I'm Worried About Lung Cancer Symptoms During COVID-19? | Lung Foundation Australia

If you’re experiencing any respiratory signs and symptoms please do not ignore them. It is important to book an appointment to have your symptoms assessed by your doctor, whether it be via the telephone, videoconference or face-to-face appointment.
COVID-19 has created a lot of confusion, particularly in relation to what you should do if you become unwell and are experiencing respiratory symptoms. The symptoms of lung cancer, such as breathlessness or a persistent cough, can be vague and are often dismissed for another condition which can lead to significant delays in diagnosis.
