Hi, Regarding Q1: If you claim it to be a device to cater recreational needs, it might be patent able Regarding Q2: Please go for a copy right protection and if required please go for a trademark protection as well Regarding Q3: Its not possible in India (Please see section 3 of the Patent Act) Thanks. .
