Amber Heard is a pathological liar. That means that her brain composes whatever story she comes out looking best with and that is "her truth". Facts, discrepancies are irrelevant and so are witnesses whose memory is at odds with her fantasy. Mere facts, audio recordings or video has no impact on "her truth". In the UK we have another American Female Narcissist to deal with, Meghan Markle, whose memory of events is at odds with everyone else's and facts. As HM the Queen put in, recollections may vary. i.e. Meghan invents a story that cannot be shaken by facts. Oprah SPREAD Meghans Lies FOR MONEY! Ex Prince Harry is too dumb to know what is going on.

As a narcissist abuse survivor I was glued to the tv. I had to leave quite a few times when Amber would talk. Her eyes reminded me way to much of my evil narcissist ex wife and the way she talks and can’t answer a simple yes or no answer without a rant behind it. The way she blames everyone else and takes absolutely zero accountability for anything. It brought back so many memories for me. Broke my heart when Johnny was listening to audio of him cutting himself and the way he looked up at Amber in disbelief and pain and that look of “I trusted you with everything”. You could see in his Eyes how much that one hurt him.

Something to understand is that Camille belongs to a law firm that trains their associates very well. They encourage them all to be all that they can be. They work as a team. I think each attorney got a chance to present some of the testimony to get practice. They all did well. The comraderie between all these lawyers is wonderful. I don't see that with Heard's lawyers. Funny that Amber's team only left themselves six minutes to do their closing statement. They didn't need more than that anyway.

The part where AH finally admits that SHE wrote the Op-Ed and it WAS about Johnny because he was a powerful man and she wanted to take him down. She had always claimed that she didn't mention his name which is why is was impossible to prove defamation of character and ruining of his reputation and career. That last day, Camille played her cards right and since AH loves to talk and was ticked off at Camille, she let it all out. That should answer everything for the jury.

@@abilovestotrade if she’s not found guilty of defamation, they should just remove that law then though. We’ve never seen such a clear cut case of defamation by publishing something damaging to someone’s character with malice, which means she either published something damaging to him she knew to be untrue, or did it with a willful disregard for whether it was true or not. A lot of times it’s hard to prove defamation because people can say they were just repeating something they heard, in good faith. She was the one alleging something slanderous and causing to be published in a popular paper that would likely be taken for fact, at the height of a popular movement that would carry it too. The questions about how much it cost him, and how much restitution she owes, and if there should be a punitive charges too, are secondary. The first and most important is, is she even guilty of defamation of character: 1) Did she make a false statement claiming it to be fact? 2) and Did she publish or communicate that statement to a third party? 3) and Did she do it with fault amounting to at least negligence (if she didn’t know it to be false, was there willful disregard for if it was true)? 4) and Did it cause him specific damages?

People either laugh at you or give you stupid advice or preach you endlessly. This case only came to light because accusations against Johnny was Damaging his image and career greatly. I think Vasquez did a good job of laying out the allegations that had been proven false during the trial and the statements that had been proven true. I find her to be very thorough, well-prepared, and respectful to the court.

Camille is awesome and she definitely pulled not only the lies out Heard, but the angry personality out of her as well. If the jury didn't listen to Mr. Hermana (sp) about Heard's salary or position in the Aquaman franchise, then they'll make the wrong decision, but his testimony proves that Johnny's lawyer did NOT change anything dealing with her money and should have her defamation case thrown out. However, she HAS become the reason behind defamation of Johnny Depp and he has lost millions because of Heard's inflammatory and false statements. Johnny Depp deserves a lot more than 50 million from this person ( Heard), but that and toss her and her defamation case out would be a great start. I believe Camille and the team of lawyers have done an excellent job

She craves the limelight, even if it is negative. She will initiate negative attention over no attention because without the external attention, she has no sense of herself. No one has really talked about the pictures of her and Johnny (like at the restaurant where Johnny has the black eye) or the red carpet type events. Amber always positions HERSELF in the MIDDLE of the frame or after initially photographing with Johnny (while looking at the camera rather than her husband) she separates herself from him to be photographed ALONE!!!. There it all is. The truth! Going back to the restaurant photo, the people there asked Johnny (not Amber) for a picture. They wanted a picture of themselves WITH JOHNNY! Yet Amber is in the middle of the frame and has placed distance between herself and the men on both sides of her. VERY TELLING PHOTOGRAPH. Its about HER. Its always been about HER. Johnny was just someone she recognized as being a stepping stone to her own ambitions. "I got that movie all by myself because I auditioned for it". Another lie. Johnny called the studio executives and used his own influence (and probably a money investment) to land her that part. Amber lies pathologically and rationalizes her lies to herself.

JD was so deserving of the best legal team that honestly cared for him the way they did, during an extremely delicate time in his life. When I watched Ben Chew's closing I was already in tears when he asked the jury to give JD his life back and then his voice cracked. I rewound the vid to make sure I wasn't projecting. Wow that was so heart breaking and real! There wasn't one bit of showboating from Johnny's team. They truly care about him and Johnny knows it! And that's what makes this a perfect ending to a very dark night of the soul for Johnny. God Speed Friend; We Love You!

It was defamation, she admitted she wrote the op-ed because “he’s a powerful man “ you can’t get off for first amendment because you can’t slander a person and have the first amendment protect you. The person you slandered should be able to sue your butt because it destroyed his career. Everything she said was false.
