Best advice for Grill Microwave oven you know. Panasonic inverter. I shouldn't press anything. Grill makes cake go down and looks cooked. I can use normal baking can but no need of butter paper

The model of my mw is gmx 20GA9 plm. And it is of 800 w. Last time when I grilled the chicken it doesn't grill properly . May be I don't know the process to grill it properly. Can you please help me to use my mw to grill in a proper way.( I used combination mode - 2 to grill.)
