I didn't hear hear from this teacher about the focus on the exhale which I thought was a really important aspect of bof to avoid hyperventilation. The idea of it being an active exhale and a passive inhale are key to mastering this technique, as far as I understand it. It's more of a panting breath than an equal inhale/exhale.

Gotta get the bits and pieces. We are in an age of distortion.. Not many have all or even most or the truths as our motivations are (generally) impure. The fact that we cant make it through a video without being bombarded with ads proves this ;)
