Blackout is champion to me. To get that complex of a robot design to fold up into a helicopter is stunning and genius.

DoTM Prime stands at the very top. More accurate than either of the two bayverse prime releases before him, he's a very complex figure with a high parts count and a lot of engineering that held my interest far longer than most. He includes his trailer, that in addition to being larger than ER Prime's trailer, is a full blown transformer unto itself. It forms the oblong ring, is loaded to the GILS with accessories while ER didn't even come with roller or his axe, AND includes a Jet pack. Oh, and it "also" includes swappable chest pieces so he can be your RotF Prime too. No other SS release gives you more figure for your money.

Yeah he really is a good figure with good paint the only two problems i have is its actual price wich is way too high and due to the ingenering mine suffered from a lot of paint shipping

I think there is a bit of bias going on here. That toy is nowhere near as what you mentioned in this comment. You do get a lot, but all the accessories look cheap, doesn't have any depth to them at all. Not to mention they can't even afford to put wheels that actually rotates on the trailer. If anything, it is a disgrace.

I remember everyone saying Sentinel Prime should’ve been a leader class and I definitely agree with that. Could’ve had the shield form the roof of the fire truck so that the back kibble could be more accurate. Also could’ve included the rust cannon. What we got was still good though so it is what it is.

All the SS figures are great, I missed out on the original movie figures when I was younger so I’m happy I can get my beloved transforms in great detail and scale.

In my opinion, the Decepticons really take the cake in the SS line. They are way to accurate and have a lot of presence, specialy The Fallen, Rotf Megatron, 2007 Starscream, Blackout (Soundwave) and the best one in my opinion, Shockwave.

Yeah absolutely, shockwave is really sweet, but everyone forgets about the constructions. Even if some of them were mid, they did pave the way for the BEST bayverse figured imo, the Devil Saviour third party versions of the constructions. Rampage/Skipjack got such an amazing figure in that line it might be my favorite figure of any kind.

SS DotM Deluxe Soundwave is easily one of my favorites. I think both his modes look fantastic. 👌

the fallen is my most wanted and favorite also the most accurate so far!😌

I LOVE all Studio Series, but 2007 movie Megatron is incredible. His paintjob is insane.

One of the coolest to me was SS Leader AoE Grimlock. The paint and the sculpt is sublime, with that metallic dry-brush look, and he's actually leader class size, which these days is rare. Another one is SS Voyager Bumblebee movie Optimus. Other than that, you already brought up Sentinel Prime and Grindor (Blackout in my case).

Break well deserved, you’ve been on a grind and I’m all for it!

I don’t own most of those, but I totally agree those look great, from my collection Dino & sideswipe are my favorite bayverse ones but I would love to get shockwave, the fallen & possibly galvatron

Blackout, Barricade, Shockwave, and Sentinel are my favorites. Longhaul and Mixmaster are great figures by themselves as well, even though they’re displayed in combine mode. Great list!

2007 Ironhide is sought after because 1. He’s a main character 2. He had a limited number release 3. He had bad distribution 4. He’s in 3 films, yet he’s only got 1 iteration These factors are why he’s hugely sought after not because he’s necessarily awesome, or better than any other iteration that exists outside of the Studio Series mainline

Just got a ss shockwave last week for 20$ and gotta say was worth every dollar also im suprised that there was no dotm megatron, I always thought that figure was really well done.

Yeah it was pre owned, came in the box with the backdrop but was missing brains and the paratrooper (which i really couldnt care less about). It was 24cad but i talked the guy into 20cad which is about 15$ in america.

I cannot wait to get my Premium Finish SS05 Optimus Prime! Sentinel Prime was awesome and I would swap SS13 Megatron for SS31 Battle Damaged Megatron. SS13 looks so bland compared to SS31 and, like you say, fingers crossed for a Premium Finish version🤞

I hope to pick up a sentinel prime if the price ever dips down. I do think that lockdown should have made it onto the list, he's such a fantastic figure. The only thing they could've done to improve it in my opinion was give him his battle mask and face gun

I love your thoughts about bayverse Transformers figure 😊. Despite Age of Extinction Galvatron's chest was flat, but i still like this figure, despite some issue 😁. Revenge of the Fallen Megatron was amazing too 🤩, just lacking a metallic silver, hopefully Takara Tomy decide to create Premium Finish Revenge of the Fallen Megatron to made this figure far cooler than original counterpart 🙂. I agree with your picks except with PF SS05 Optimus, the DotM version feels and looks better to me, still both versions are fun to transform and pose, I thought you would include the Bumblebee movie Optimus and Soundwave in your list.

I got ss 13 Megatron for my birthday , i enjoyed it but the head and won't transform it properly ,one of figures i scared to touch because it's so stress when the neck join crahes

The coolest Bayverse SS to me would have to either be Voyager Ironhide, Leader The Fallen, Leaser Sentinel Prime or Jet pack Optimus.

SS DOTM Optimus is great. My only gripe is the long red brick on his legs. Sentinel is also great, love Blackout and Grimlock. Can't wait to add The Fallen to my collection. Devastator is a beast

So my personal types are: DotM Ironhide, Sentinel Prime, Optimus, Megatron exclusive from the Ride, Jetfire, Mixmastera., Longhaul, Grindora, Optimus from Bumblebe, Hot Rod. I don't have Ironhide, Jetfire and Sentinel and I want them soooo much in my collection. I hope for a chance they will be released again.

The Blackout figure is awesome

For me, Blackout/Grindor is my absolute favorite Transformer ever so far. Hope the Premium series gives us a better painted Blackout with the Grindor hands.

they should consider to re-issue these figures (specifically Ironhide, Shockwave, Sentinel, ROTF Megatron), as I never got any of them (tho at the time back in 2018/2019, I wasn't aware of Studio Series yet)

Transformers movie two Megatron is the best I liked his tank mode and I love the weaponry and the upgrade kit you can add to him makes an even better

I would have swaped sentinel prime with Grimlock. Other then that the list seems pretty accurate.

And Wheeljack is also very cool. But sadly it was released only in Asia and it's hard to find him

SS DOTM Optimus was great too, also SS Brawl wasn't a bad figure and of course Devastator

I think they upscaled the shockwave, something with Zeus blah blah, or ZS

Backout is a good figure but I need a good transformation and good robot mode and vehicle mode but back outs transformation is not that great its sometimes very frustrating

I personally think the 2007 camaro bumblebee is the best paint and sculpt
