Hasbro have recently confirmed that they aren't finished with the Studio Series line, so it's likely that there's more Bayverse figures on the way. I'm curious to what Slug, Strafe, Scorn and Dragonstorm would look like, and Hasbro would be missing out on money if they leave the other Bayverse Dinobots out, given how well Grimlock sold. I'm also definitely keeping an eye out for voyager or leader Bumblebee movie Shockwave.

Since the Hasbro gave us a new look at the studio series packaging, I hope they re-release 07 Optimus Prime ,Jazz , and Ironhide because I missed out on them.

They need to give us a studio series Buckethead as an optional limb for Studio series Devastator because it would be way more movie accurate than scrap metal

If they were to give us a driller I think it would be one of those charecters that comes piece by piece. For instance one piece might be packaged with sideways while another might be packaged with DOTM bumblebee.

Regarding the Bey-Dinobots versus 86/G1-Dinobots, I can see two possible reasons. One is that Hasbro may be banking on the nostalgia - so many collectors grew up on G1, and the dinobots were fairly integral to the cast; plus, given their boxy design, updating them to modern techniques is pretty straightforward. The bey versions, though, were there for the climax of one film, and basically just a cameo in the following film, meaning not a lot of screen time. Throw in their more complex transformations, I'm guessing they'd rather wait and be sure it can be done well.

This makes sense. Side note, grew up with G1, all the kids in my life that will enjoy them are getting SS86 Dinobots for XMas this year. Gotta inspire G1 love in the next generation. 😃

I might be able to shed some light on why the dinobots had so little screen time. I remember reading an article shortly before AOE went into production, and in it Michael Bay was asked if he would consider adding the dinobots, he responded by saying he didn't like the dinobots and he thought they were pointless characters. If that is true it would definitely explain why he chose to do the dinobots so late in the series and why he did them the way he did. Overall, I would say the only reason he added the dinobots in was to pacify the fans.

I've been waiting for a Decepticon Defcon for years... and it's actually really frustrating but not even a third party company has tried making one it's such a cool Walker design and the vehicle mode being a nuclear missile truck is just awesome

I'm still dreaming that one day they make a true triple-changing AOE Drift...

I completely agree with everything on this list, though I have a few tweaks on what the production of the figures should look like. For 1, instead of only releasing a part of Drillers head as a studio series thing, they should release his entire body as the first studio series titan class. Secondly, there’s a really cool thing about junk heap which you might not have known. He is actually three different bots that all come together to form one garbage truck, similar to skids and mudflaps with the ice cream truck. Personally, I would love to see some clever engineering go into that. Thirdly, and this one is hecka ambitious. What if they made dragon storm still as a combiner, but with all twelve knights. Like one could form only a limb or a part of a limb. Furthermore, what if each knight transformed into their own unique dragon, like wyverns, Wyrms, drakes, you get the picture. Just some ideas I had, I really hope they come to fruition but only time will tell.

-4 years and only 1 dinobot from AOE... Is really difficult to do this guys in leader class? -Payload is actually see it in ROTF as a yellow longhaul truck mode before the combination

I really hope they make Payload because I need Long Haul for Devastator but don’t want to pay $1,000,000,000, and the new release would be rightly priced if it popped up at Walmart or Target. And Overload.. well he’s just a lost cause, too far gone price and rarity wise

Honestly, I can't wait for Sideways. I always picked him when playing the ROTF game and he grew on me. The figure however disappointed me, but I still wanted him for the alt form but for some reason this guy was damn rare to find. I did happen to find one that was double packaged with The twins but I had no money then. Also, I doubt this would happen, but considering AOE designs are so far out there, I'd like it if hasbro/Takara would use a super soft flexible plastic or a lot of folding panel pieces to properly recreate his trench coat and pack it in the cab instead of trying to use the shell of the car for his coat.

Are you talking about crosshairs? I got the last knight figure for Christmas and I don’t think it’s that bad of a representation. But he’s not very sleek like he is in the movie. He definitely could be done a lot better

The Fallens colors: If you watch rotf and pay attention to when the Fallen first arrives on Earth as he is on that sinking aircraft carrier his colors are spot on with the hunt for decepticons version with the shades of blue and purple.

It’s strange how High Octane bumblebee has an alt mode that scales perfectly with SS Stinger but you have to bend his legs and spread them in order for him to scale properly

Daytrader, Bulldog, Lieutenant, Trench, and Dreadbot is all i'm wanting.

I want this one obscure character or perhaps three characters, Junkheap. Three bots that combine into one alt mode.

I'd still like to see a double pack Skids and Mudflap. Even if they are controversial.

Primus help me, if Hasbro or Takara Tomy doesn't make Studio Series figures of the characters from the live action characters, the fans will go crazy

Honestly think too much G1-related stuff has been released lately. There's nothing wrong with the SS86 and Knightverse stuff itself, just feel the Bayverse stuff is being choked out of its own line in the past year. Each new TF 1-5 figure made these days feels like a concession instead a welcome addition to the line, like it was when it started.

I want a Studio Series TLK Onslaught, Hot Rod, and Crosshairs.

The driller is a good idea. Hell, if you recall when you reviewed Unique Toys Dragoon, that 'Base' he came with had a huge ball joint under it. JobbyTheHong said it in his review hoping it was a teaser for a Driller but alas... No dice. I do want either Hatchet or Devcon. Yes I edited my comment. Forgot his name for a sec.

I doubt we'll see Skids and Mudflap due to the widespread negative reaction to them in the film. It's the reason they were removed from Dark of the Moon

Hey PVP thanks for using the NBE-1 Idea because i thought of it right after MV1 megatron was revealed. And i also thought of naming it NBE-1.

Didn't they already make a green version of Ratchet or does PrimeVsPrime just mean a battle damaged version?

I really want to see a deception protoform figure TF3, and they package it in a leader class so you have the figure and it comes with the deception drop ships so you can store the figure inside.

We actually already got studio series drift from the last knight back in 2019 as a repaint of his original version and he came with the baby dinobots

Dragonstorm would have to be bigger than Devastator if they made him a combiner. I doubt they'll go combiner for him though since he's made up of like 12 or 13 knights and I just can't think of how they would make an accurate Dragonstorm. Thanks for the vid!

It's funny to hear you talk about 3rd party vs Hasbro and five year old figures vs the potential of current technology. In principle you should be right but in practice 3rd party leave Hasbro for dead almost every time and the modern technology seems to equate to more waffling, small figures, higher prices and bizarre exclusives.

I want a core class Autobot and Decepticon protoform. A new Fallen. And ... Maybe a TF4/5 prime. A good one please

Frenzy should have been packed with Barricade as they partnered up in the film. It might have been a good idea to reintroduce characters that were added in the toyline that came out years ago.

The first two are not that far off as we've already gotten Brains, Wheelie, a paratrooper, Sam and Charlie. We'll get a frozen version of 2007 Megatron in the Premium Finish line and a weathered DotM Ratchet is pretty likely in this line, too. And for the TLK characters we've already gotten figures in the TLK Premier Edition line I think those molds already had Studio Series level engineering and therefore some of them got reuses in the SS line with new redecoes like Drift and KSI Boss. For Canopy: he could just keep Long Haul's alt mode. Only give him a new head and a debris piece that can be attached to his back in both modes and maybe even has some articulation. That would also be good for everybody who hasn't gotten a Long Haul yet and doesn't want to pay those ridiculous aftermarket prices for him. I can understand that they haven't released Demolishor yet because Scavenger still seems to be widely available and they want to save the Leader class spots for other figures. The only thing that is missing on your list is a Bumblebee movie Cybertronian mode Optimus Prime.

This is almost for sure a no-go, but I want the rotf original primes

Going to be honest, A actual accurate scaled driller would be atleast the length of a house, since its a giant worm-

I’d like to point out that we actually got 2 figures for Studio Series from The Last Knight. It was Drift and Nitro Zeus.

TLK barricade is the ONE figure that I need a screen accurate version of, the mustang was fucking amazing and the robot mode was chefs kiss, that design was one thing the bayverse really got right

I will add that the Transformers Bumblebee from the item will be the Cybertronian Shatter, Cybertron Dropkick and Optimus Prime versions.

i watched this video the day after i got the fallen and when i saw him say that he wanted the fallen i said to myself "don't we have one already?"

For the 86 line, they've got to come up with a screen accurate G1 Devastator. The Titan class one that came out a couple of years ago is not on par. The colours are off, too fluro, and that vehicle mode for Mixmaster, nah-uh. Not good.

I think they did re-release the optimus protoform a while back during the Last Knight toyline, but the ball joints were not the best on my copy (not sure about others). Hopefully if they do bring those back, they can fix the issues on it

Really random, but I would love to see a figure of the TRF Sentinel. Basically that bipedal walkers that TRF was using in the beginning of The Last Knight.

There are alot of those figures I'd love to see come to the studio series but my wallet says I need a break. I'm literally 1 away from having every studio series available. All I need is the Devastator box set. Great video as always 👍

I've been praying and am still praying that Hasbro announces and/or confirms AOE Galvatron, AOE Optimus Prime, Rotf the Fallen, TLK Megatron, and the rest of the AOE/TLK Dinobots. And for Scorponok, Hasbro could have him turn into the helicopter engine like the concept art and have him compatible with the leader class Blackout.

We also need cybertronian shatter and drop kick. Also I would love to see triple changing versions of them

i have an idea, why don't they just pull a devastator and release the 12 knights separately, to make dragonstorm and do the same with the 6 infernocons to make up infernocus, unless they could pull a studio series 69 and put all 12 knights together and do the same with the infernocons

Probably the only reason we haven’t seen a Studio Series version for the other Dinobots is cause the originals came out fine; whereas the versions of Grimlock that were released at the time were crap. Still would be cool to get more accurate greyscale paint jobs for a SS version

I would love to see the kitchen decepticons so we can recreate the attack at the witwicky house because each one looked unique and it’s my favourite scene.

I actually really wanted to see a Dreadbot from tLK, I was even searching for any good alternative figures

I really want to see protoforms(army builder), rest of the constructicons(Buckethead) also in g1 style, sideways, hatchet, devcon, mohawk, a triple changer that can actually triple change and there is about a 100 more.

frenzy is one of the decepticons with the most screen time in the first movie. especially when compared to starscream

It's hard to say which figures from the Bay movie saga line that I'd love to get added as there's so many to choose from. I'd actually be fine if they decided to release an updated version of Skids, and Mudflap from Revenge Of The Fallen as while I know their personalities aren't everyone's cup of tea, I think their Vehicle, and especially Robot Modes are where they truly shine, and it'd be awesome if we could get their Ice Cream Truck Mode too! :D

A lot of people apparently say they're are canceled to appear in Studio Series due to their controversy.

It would be cool if wheeljavk came with this alternative head as well, like some versions of the DOTM deluexes had

I would like an Onslaught the most and the remain Dinobots too. Also still have the old Breakaway figure and be awesome have an more updated version and would love my man Warpath too. Guess all we can do is wait and see. We're up to 83 figures in the line and I like to over 100 too. Still as long as TF movies be made after Rise of the Beasts this line will continue on for a long time.

Seeing this later, after the wave with hot rod and the fallen, I'd love to see a hot rod figure as the classic car and I'd also love to see an improved car mode Shatter Figure from bumblebee. I feel like maybe she should've been a smaller voyager, so the figure could be more detailed.

I wonder if they'd be able to shrink down Dragoon's engineering into a large voyager for the studio series?

Another idea would be the DoTM police car/ pick up truck / bank truck and garbage truck decepticons

I hope Hasbro would release the combiner forms sooner like Stormdragon and Infernocus. They’ll make lots of money for such a huge project.

Also studio series Bumblebee movie Arcee. One thing that I would hope they could do although I doubt they would being that they make a Studio series Evac from transformers the ride seeing that they did the ride repaint for Megatron. I would also really like to get some DOTM game figures like you mentioned being Warpath, Breakaway, Silverbolt, and Air Raid as well as Soundwave since he had a different looking vehicle mode. It would also be nice to get some of the Autobot and Decepticon troopers too.

I have the Radio Frenzy, I love the alt mode, but it needs a upgrade a lot!

I think for the driller decepticon they should have it at in a supreme class where it comes separate it comes in like five separate pieces when you collect five Voyager class figures each of them come with a piece of the driller

I really hope that Hasbro will release Studio Series versions of AOE/TLK Optimus Prime as well as TLK Megatron!! Those are two of my favorite designs from the Bayverse line of movies!! I would also love to see Studio Series versions of some of the Transformers Prime characters, especially Predaking from the Predacons Rising movie as well as Transformers Prime Megatron, Optimus Prime, Starscream, Shockwave, Bumblebee, and Ultra Magnus!!

for dotm I don't know if any one saw it but in the background there was a Decepticon protoform that turned into a white police car for a studio series

Really interesting video, PrimevsPrime. I honestly never thought that the Studio Series line was gonna be over, because Hasbro hasn't done every character yet, however I did, at the same time, wonder how much longer the line is going to go on for. But, at least that feeling of "how long will it go on for" isn't as high for the live action SS figures as it does for Studio Series 86 for me. I know this may be unrelated to the topic at hand, but I don't really care. If anything, I'm wondering what other characters from the Transformers 86 movie hasn't been released for Studio Series 86 that they could release. Taking into account that the figures in SS86 are coincidentally released with the G1 figures in the War For Cybertron trilogy and the upcoming Legacy line, and looking at the list of the characters in the 86 movie, I think that there are still some characters that have yet to be released. But, I just wonder what else could they do to keep the SS86 line going. I am actually a bit curious about what you think of this for the SS86 line, PrimevsPrime. Not that I'm saying that you have to make a video about it, like what you did for the Studio Series Bayverse transformers, if you don't want to, but I think it would be just as interesting of a topic. Or, at least it would be interesting to me.

I’m working on designing a 12-knight combiner for Dragonstorm

my idea would be the have Commander class version of Devastator Infernocus and Dragon storm, focus on the combine form and the small piece transform into the Robot modes (Vehicle modes for Devastator)

-Megatron (TLK) -Onslaught (TLK) -Ironhide (DOTM) -Hound (AOE) -High Octane Bumblebee (AOE) -Infernocus (TLK) -Drift (AOE) -Evasion mode Optimus Prime (AOE) -Nitro Zeus (TLK)

For me, I would like to see the AOE Bumblebee version with his new form after scanning Stinger. It just looks so cool, and I'm hoping that we get some accessories, like his stinger gun, missle launchers, and possibly a separate head, perhaps for his battle mask. The rest of the Dinobots as well, with Hound and a evasion mode and knight version Optimus Prime. The last one that I would love to see is Dragonstorm. He was an amazing character, and I hope that Hasbro does this same thing they did with Devastator, but scale it down a bit, enough so at least a voyager class could ride him, like the aforementioned Optimus Prime.
