Please share the template for OEE
Nice video! However I do have a question: Why is it that the overall world class level is around 85% while the seperate percentages for availability, performance and quality multiplied do not give 85%? Even if I take the highest scores for all three I get: .90*.95*.85=0.73 which is 73%. So what causes this difference? Kind regards Richard

Good point!. But that is how the Benchmark has been set up. It's not necessary coming with multiplication of these three.

So it you have 95% Availability, Performance and Quality. you will get 85% . You can check yourself. .95*.95*.95 ??
Do not confuse between loading time vs operating time
