Right now the 279/304a case is going on in the court.

Sir i am a govt employee.i blowed horn ,A person just turn the bike when we crossing him and his bike handle rubbed on the conductor side window and he got imbalance and came under the vehicle behind us. The vehicle runned away and when we reached the hospital with the accidental person he declared dead. What kind of charges file against me and how can the case impact my job. Please provide some guidelines.

Police may charge you under section 279/304a and other relevant sections of IPC. If you are convicted in this case, only then your job may be impacted. Otherwise not.

Sir mera ek friend hai vo jab drive kar raha tha achanak se ek ladke gadi ke samne bagtha chala aya aur accident hogayi us samey gadi me 3 log the jo drive kar raha tha uske paas driven license bhi nahi tha , aur immidiatly usko hospital le gaye aur 7000 pay karke treatment start karvaya aur unke parents ko bulaya phir wo 60000 mange case bhi file kardiya ab 80000 maang rahe kam karne ki request kiya phir bhi nahi man rahe kya kar sakte sir ab jail hogi kya? Hum toh 80k nahi de sakte itna paisa nahi hai hamare paas toh Abhi uspe ipc 338 case lagaya gaya hai

Abhi koi jail nahin hogi. Kuch jaankar logon ki madad se unse kam paise mein samjhota karne ki koshish karo. Maan jayenge.

Sir mere pe 279,337,427,304a lagi 15aug ko bt meriii galti nhi thi bike vale ki galti thi car insurance hai license hai spedd limit me car thi agar meri galti prove nhi hoti tooo kya muje JAIL hogi or not???

1. Galti complainant ki hai, ya accused ki, ye court mein pesh kiye gaye evidence par depend karta hai. Usi evidence ke aadhar par judgment aata hai. Aap apne bacav mein evidence pesh karo court mein apne vakil sahab ke madham se. 2. Agar insurance policy aur baaki sab documents complete hain, tab claim dene ki liability insurance company ki banegi.

Sir mere uper dhara 279,337,338 laga hai aur mera licence bhi hai to kyaa fine bharna padega ya jail hogi.

Section 19 of the Motor Vehicle Act empowers the licensing authority to disqualify from holding a driving licence or revoking such licence. Thus, under the legal provision only a licensing authority can suspend or revoke a driving license.

279, 304-a ke criminal case mein licence hai ya nahi, ya victim party to claim mil gaya ya nahin, is aadhar par faisla nahin hota balki evidences aur witnesses ki gawahi ke base par agar apki rash and negligent driving saabit ho jaati hai tab saja bhi ho sakti hai aur agar saabit nahin hoti tab case mein bari ho sakte ho. MACT claim petition can be filed any time. As of now, there is no time bar since amended MV Act is yet to come in force.

You may try to compromise matter with family of victim. Police can't cancel licence but only the licencing authority can do so.

Abhi case chalega 279, 338 ka..baad mein fine par bhi chhut sakte ho, ya saja hogi or ya phir case mein bari ho jayoge..Ye apke case ke evidence par depend karega..Abhi kuch nahin kah sakte.
