It's nice to see you so calm about it at 37. I'm 23 and never been in a relationship I was too busy chasing different idols and stuck up "no girl was worthy of me" but since I've been saved I really want a relationship but it's easy to be impatient so it's nice to see you so calm about being older and still waiting with patience.

Don’t be afraid to have high standards and wait for God’s best 🙌🙌🙌 That was so refreshing to hear! Usually we’re encouraged to lower our expectations and standards but then are blamed for getting into relationships that go wrong. So thank you for sharing and encouraging us to trust that God has the best for us

Lots of people say they’re a Christian, but they practice sex outside of marriage , they use profanity, they don’t care at all to read the word and I don’t see any fruits. In general , a Christian truly follows Jesus and obeys him. 💙 And absolutely legalism is not Godly. Women have to be careful that a man isn’t reading the Bible just to impress her until he gets her. It has to be a genuine act, something he does willingly and not to impress a woman .

I think that modesty is very important whether your married or not. As a Christian I do believe that my body is mine but also the Lord's. I also know that there are men out there that are struggling with lust/porn/etc. and I personally don't want to be the reason why they are struggling or a trigger. "How can I prepare myself to be the bride for Christ" was so good! Be your best self for God, for yourself, and your future spouse.

It's very important to find a godly man. I have seen many Christians no longer going to church after marrying a non-Christian. Remember, its God's time, not our time. I have been single for all my life, my focus has been on self improvement and building my faith. Because while waiting for the right person to come, you have to be at your best to welcome that person. And just recently there is a new girl just started joining our church and the cell group I'm overseeing, even tho I'm not particularly attracted to her, we still chat and hangout some times. I certain can see a lot of positive responses from her in our interaction, tho she kinda hinted that she isn't attracted to me as well but we know if the only measurement is attraction, once that is gone, the relationship will fall apart. So we instead focus on something more fundamentals like our principles, values, chemistry, teamwork, faith...

Since I m in my 35s and my image or body image does not resonate with what I believe or I have to be more earthly. Sometimes I pretend I dont expect for what I look for. Noone gets me. I feel like losing hope. I feel in a lot o pain for a lot of emotional hardships and the fact I grow older and all I meet is disbelievers. I pray and I pray 😞😔

It was nice to have Adam’s point of view about modesty. I used to dress very modestes but when i found myself at almost 30 not married i stopped and started to dress with shorter and tighter clothes as a way to attract my husband. It definitely enabled me to get a lot of attention from men but still no marriage, so now I’m back to being modest but it is challenging. thanks for this video 💝

Hi. I hope you already got married in these 2 years, but if not, the problem is not in modest clothes. And anyway, a more "attractive" style of clothing does not mean short and fitted clothes, but I think you already know that. I am in the same situation, we really live in a world that has lost its values, with the distance from God we become nothing more than rational animals, because we already subject our soul to superficiality. For a long time I thought that the reasons why I didn't get married were either physical, or that the world has degraded in many ways and it's hard to find a truly Christian man. But... actually I had many unresolved traumas from my childhood that programmed me to attract toxic people and full of emotional wounds, because I myself was full of wounds. I'm not saying it's your case, because I don't know you. But I leave this comment in case it will ever be useful to someone, we always attract what we are and often we block our own paths because we have an emotional baggage behind us that needs to be thrown away. We have to imagine what we want in a partner and first, be ourselves in this way. Otherwise, we will attract all kinds of people who either do not respect us, or cannot love, or are manipulative or simply inappropriate. When we accept and love ourselves, asking God to be able to accept us, as He accepts us, we hope that we will also meet that right partner. Moreover, if we tend to idolize people, we should know that God will never send us a man whom we will turn into an idol, into our god. That was my problem, the trauma programmed me to idolize people, and the "prize" was ... exactly, a narcissist. Good luck, all the best.

“It’s easier to say no now than it is to say no later” So true.. I ignored the Holy Spirit when I was dating my soon to be ex-husband. I got to a point where I was tired of waiting and I took matters into my own hands. I stopped trusting in God for my future. I married a counterfeit and it was the hardest 5 years of my adult life. It’s now ending in divorce. It was the hardest “no” I had to say. I encourage everyone, wait on the Lord. Don’t make marriage an idol. Don’t desire marriage over Gods will. Keep Jesus as Lord of your life. He knows what’s best and He is going to love you best by giving you His best.

I have been wrestling with God this year and he is really starting to speak to me and order my steps. I have avoided praying for marriage for years due to past hurt and in fact would not of been able to hear God even if he did speak as my heart was frozen. I have finally opened up after much healing and he really is starting to speak loudly and give me pictures, words and visions of marriage backed up by scripture. I believe in this season God has told me it’s close and to prepare myself to be submitted to a man’s covering. I have been single for many years so am very independent and it also ties into trust so this makes perfect sense to me 🙏🏽 Love your videos there part of my preparation for the good gift 🎁 God has for me ❤️💯🙏🏽

Such a great video ! I went through a tough time recently, i had to let go of a relationship that wasn't Godly at all and was making me depressed, anxious and made me cry and doubt everyday... I am so glad to have ended it even though it was difficult. But I am making the promise to myself that i am going to wait on the Lord, and i have faith that one day i will find a godly husband ! Until then I will better myself in every area, and grow spiritually! Thank you for this awesome video, may God bless you both abundantly !! And also all the people in the comment section

You are so beautiful Sarah! And Adam seem to have a very calm spirit! IT IS TRUE that at the early point we should spot the redflags, it is really much easier to say NO early on. Thank you for uploading this video:)

Thank you both so much for this video! It has spoken to me and has made me view being the best version of me for God and not for my potential spouse and the desire to want to become better for God and be close to Him is attractive and that it’s not necessary to wear certain clothes to seek attractive but that it’s the heart that attracts the godly partner!

Sarah, from the beginning of the video I loved the way your husband was looking at you💛💛💛 also I noticed your outfit, I can tell you are a classy and fashionable lady and you irradiate light and warmth and it is very curious that you guys highlighted the importance of the way of presenting one's self and right away thought of you as a great outfit inspo. I am single and started my walk with Christ a couple years ago, and am glad I just stumbled upon your video because I have learned that one of the most important decisions in your life is your career, friends circle and your partner. God bless you both 💛💛💛

Wow love that - Eagle and seagulls! When I fight the fear and negative whispers of the enemy. "Your future husband will probably cheat on you" or "You know your love is too much, and you are going to scare him away." My usual reply to the enemy now is….. "yeah, you’re probably right. But then he’s not the man God has for me." I have found through this journey how God has really developed a deep understanding of unconditional love, seeing the value in a person, what stillness looks like, godly boundaries and a whollllllllllllllllllle heap of the p word…….. patience! 🙊 He has helped me to understand to look past what is presented to one’s character, then you can discern whether God is flying the red flags or it is something they are struggling with and just need someone to walk alongside them. However when it comes to a spouse forever is a very long time and we/you don’t want to mess that up. So waiting this side is so much easier than fighting the other side. I have done both! @Adam & Sarah Your content is so beautiful, I "stumbled" upon it last night when I couldn’t sleep. Then funnily enough today my mum randomly sent me two of your stories. 😮 needless to say I have bing watched you both today. Thank you for your honesty, integrity and transparency.

Thank you, Natalie, for your awesome message, and for sharing with us! What a great respond you say when the enemy tries to discourage you! We are agreeing with you that the man God has for you is coming! Its funny you said "Eagles and Seagulls" because in 5 mins I'm releasing a new video called "Eagles or Roosters" over on my channel @Nowsoar, check it out, you will like it! God bless you, and thank you for watching our videos and kind words! Adam & Sarah

This really was a beautiful video. You two are clearly on fire 🔥 for the Lord and there were so many pearls of wisdom. It is easier to say no in the beginning, and the red flags at the beginning are indication of more that are hidden. The Lord is so faithful to reveal them. We have to be wise with our time, because we cannot redeem the lost time, only God can. Thankfully it is His heart to ❤️. I also loved how Adam spoke highly of Sarah’s coaching business. It wasn’t a selling point but more of a genuine appreciation of Sarah’s work.
