What Aperture Should You Use for Landscape Photography?

    Not sure if I understand this. Aperture usually doesn't give the desired image in Landscape Photography. I would say shutter speed and the use of filters would be more important than aperture for the desirable effect. Unless its one of those rare shorts where the foreground is kept in focus and the rest of the shot is out of focus.

    Can you explain how? What relation would the sensor have with aperture? If the effective focal length is the same, why should the aperture change? The only issue should be of the field of view right?

    @@CreativePadMedia as you yourself said... diffraction. You'll deal with diffraction much sooner on an APS-C setup than on a FF.

    @@CreativePadMedia I'm not saying for certain that it most definitely is, but I've noticed the difference when I shoot between the 2 myself. I could be wrong though.

    Yes, if you have the same field of view then with APS-C you should use 1 to 1 1/3 stop large aperture.
