This is beginning to look like Zimbabwe. The local police in Zimbabwe had a weekly budget they needed to achieve in road fines issued simply to ensure they would be paid each month. This led to fines being issued for the most amazing things and if anyone thinks I am joking, I experienced it first hand during a stay in Zimbabwe some years back and I was chatting with the local police commissioner I played golf with one day in Hwange. I regularly picked up fines every month for various traffic offences during my 6 months in Zimbabwe.

Drove to London today in an electric car with all my tools for work, was an easy journey only a 6 hour round trip which used to take 45 minutes each way, what a mess London is now since all the cycle lanes and 20mph limits, how are engineers and food deliveries supposed to work in London. Pretty much all the contractors I know now refuse to work in London. Well done kahn't do anything anymore.

Not allowed to. It would look bad if the "chair" of C40 cities was voted out by the "little people". His win will have been pre determined. How do any of us know the results of elections given are genuine ? We had a high trust society but it's been taken over by people from low trust/corrupt societies. When in the future he is taking every penny off you in taxes and fines he will still get voted in.

So in a nutshell the one million people who voted for Sadie Khan will all get a speeding fine.

I Whached a tv programme a few weeks ago that stated that the pollution on the London underground was vastly higher than the traffic. It was at least 4 to 5 times higher, and that's where they're trying to get people to travel.
