Why Do They Hate Suella So Much Here?

Aaron travelled down to the new constituency of Fareham & Waterlooville to ask Suella Braverman's constituents what they really think of her.

Where do you think your council spends its money? Why are some councils going bankrupt? Spending the money on roads? On better services? No. On housing and furnishing those homes for invaders. Being wilfully ignorant is not helping. Being polite about the situation is not helping. Social cohesion improving? Crime and rape numbers going down? No. And by which demographic are these very serious problems being committed? As I said, reality is rather 180 degrees to opposite of your skewed viewpoint. And pretending this isn’t the biggest issue is just dumb. Play dumb. See what happens. You have no idea how bad things are or will get if we don’t deal with this asap. It is patently obvious what is going on, but you do you. Good luck.

What they got was an Indian PM and mass immigration that made Blair look like a North Korean border guard. Now the Tories are reaping what they have sown, which will hopefully result in their complete destruction as a party. I was a migrant to the UK a decade ago. The politicians and media lie to the people saying the nos and making it sound like it is very easy to get a visa and costs nothing to the applicant. I bet if someone discloses the revenue made from application fees of the denied visas alone, people will see it for the scam it is. Also, migrants usually are hard workers and tax payers and not afraid to do the hard jobs. The issue is not the working class of any origin or race or religion, the issue is the rich and corporate class but the divide and conquer strategy still works and the politicians keep the poor busy hating and blaming each other while the millionaires steadily become billionaires. Wake up people, the hungry immigrant is not making your bread expensive, it's the greedy corporations.

I respect the right of the residents there to have an opinion, but the majority are scared shitless, over something that, at least from this footage, you can't even see - immigrants. They've been wound up so tight and frightened, that they even will put immigration before their sky-high energy bills, that actually do have a real impact. Then again, I remember the verbal self-harm of others around Brexit - people that said they would rather their kid not be able to travel freely, nor get a job, than to stay in the union. Madness.
