Just had an issue with postcards that was like this and PITA to fix but thankfully they were somewhat usable and company was good about refunds/replacement hope yours is the same because that is not okay!

They used to be SO good-I wonder if they recently changed who they go through for printing

Yeah, the colors & cuts are inconsistent. And those weird lines & indentations/creases!? They did a terrible job with the bookmarks! If they want you to send them other photos, you could send as many as you need to prove it. 16:26 Bomi barks. Sarah: 야! 🐶 On a lighter note, the cool toned green looks great on you. It makes your eyes look slightly green in a vivid almost teal shade!

Yeah, if I have to go one by one, so be it! …if they ever reply to me 😭😭 Also the 야 slips out SO often 😂 so much so that she starts responding to it LOL

@@AuthorSarahSutton They might not respond to the one or two photos so if I was in your position, I would "reply" to my first email about this with all the other photos needed to make sure it would be glaringly obvious that they made those mistakes & probably sent them to you with the knowledge that the shipment included so many products of low quality... when you'd paid for professional quality. Taking & sending those photos would take a lot of effort & time, but I would do it to ensure that my evidence caught their attention for sure. So no matter which employee saw those photos, that person wouldn't be able to ignore me & my issue with the company's shoddy execution of my order. And in the future, I would go with a better company, going with companies writer friends can recommend. :)

@@kokoro_flow I submitted 9 photos showing many examples of the issues. I didn't take a photo of 25 fanned out, but I did submit many photos lol. I stated in the video I've been using this company for 4 and a half years, have placed many orders, and have never had an issue before, so I actually did think I was going with a good company. But I appreciate your advice!
