My football team, Hednesford Town, used to play Whitby in the not too distant past. Can't remember seeing you at the Ground 😉. In 1996, Hednesford played Middlesborough at The Riverside in the 5th Round of the FA Cup, losing 3-2, against the likes of Ravanelli etc. A great day out!

It was a top night, thanks for sharing. The Whitby "Ultras" attend less than half the home games, and spend most of that in the bar. Worst Ultras Ever! 🤣

Do you remember when Goth Weekend used to include a hilarious charity football match between Whitby Town and a bunch of hungover Goths known as Real Gothic? One time, we noticed that Gothic had 18 players on the field and, quick as a flash, the commentator said "Gothic playing their dream 6-6-6 formation..."! They still lost about 10 - 0! 😆

Simon you took a risk, buying tickets just before the kick off. Boy would you have felt silly if it were sold out 😩Me old mucker, do you remember what was said about the 60's? If you can remember the 60's you weren't really there. Is it same with thee and football If you can remember the game you weren't really there. Ah beer goggles, Wine spectacles make it a bit more interesting. Sad the young'urns get a sniff of a barstaff's apron and Craig or Bruno even Lionel Blair 😱back to the match. £4.50 (not bad fer a bottle, bloody robbery and and a rip off fer a glass) Game is won, the trophy's ours. Such nights give us dreams for life. Because We were there🥴😵😵💫💚💙🩵💜✌️Tally ho Allan&Family
