Update: i pulled a 4k and clutched the last round. Was against heavy smokes and your tips about using hunt before leaving/going in smokes and holding them off with abilities helped a lot!!

Hey, crouch shooting is an EXTREMY bad habbit. I can't currently get rid of it without messing my aim a lot but personally I don't have a problem with it since in my elo it messes the crosshair of the opponents a lot. I would never recommend it though if you are bellow d3 for various reasons.

Based on your videos I notice you like spamming util as Fade to delay on defense, but isn’t there also value to save your prowlers when you can peek with them and get a kill?

Alright so the question you ask is a good one but the answer has many layers so consider these: 1) The best use for utility of fade or kayo or skye is to use your utility WHILE the enemy is pushing, not before to delay them as much. The thing with fade is that the only "killable" thing you have is the reveal through smokes. Thats why I try to abuse it as much as possible when the timing is right. 2) The prowler peek might work if enemies are playing default but unless you know they will play default (like 1 in every area) then you are throwing a prowler and peeking potentially 5 people in which will get you killed. It might work on lower elo but on immortal I don't want to risk it just to get a frag. My role is to support an "attack" as initiator so the best way IN THEORY to use them is on retake. Most of the clips you saw are highlights, the problem is playing "methodically" is not flashy enough to put into video since all I do is use utlity while my team retakes/pushes so I didn't put any of those in. Its not like kayo flash that you flash peek and 5 are flashed. 3) Since I'm playing on immortal I can put some trust on my teammates (hopefully) so its better to use reveal to potentially get some kills and then wait for the retake and use the utility so we can get the site back Hope that answers your question. The main problem is point 2 that you can't practically get a kill easily when 5 of them are pushing. On retake you can but again its better to assist your teammates while retaking which happens quite often but its not "flashy" enough to put into vid. I might make a full game analysis of one of my game so it shows most of "boring" but more methodically rounds!

@@Alliric When you say "default" what do you mean? Is it like when the attacking or defensive side play 2/1/2 across the map or something to establish map control before moving away from the 2/1/2 default?

@@fenrir9994 defaulting is when the attacker side split across the map in groups of 1 or max 2 trying to punish any overpeeks or potentially flanking enemies. This is a good thing to do to establish some information if your enemy team stacked a site or is playing a killjoy/cypher setup on one of them. If rushing doesnt work for you then defaulting is always worth a try, especy if the opposition likes to play aggressive. Hope that helped!

Could you be a bit more specific with your question? If you mean how I use them in fights generally prowler goes after revealing with haunt while you move forward and when it connects you peek off it since enemies have to decide whether to shoot you or the haunt. Although most of the times you should use them to assist your duelists not yourself! If I misunderstood the question let me know!

​@@Alliric​ yeah what im talking about is if i want to make individual plays on my own. instead of only setting up the duelists. for example with skye i can flash 3 ppl and spray them down for a 3k. but with fade, her prowler is mainly good against 1 person at a time not a team. so even if my prowler connects, some other guy would cover for them and in low elo your team/duelists might be hesistant to push
