What A Piece Of Work

Ойын-сауық

The plaintiff says she bought a car from the defendant and paid him two-thirds of the price. When the car died two weeks later, the defendant took the car and won’t give it back till she pays the balance. She’s suing for the down payment. The defendant says the car works fine and claims he found dope in the dashboard.

An Ex Cop trying to be nice .... ??? then saying he thinks her judgement is crap !!!!!!!!!! HE still has a ar in good condition that is worth 2000 to sell AGAIN. The Plaintiff is just stupid for letting this all happen and getting high and drunk instead of paying off her debt. I don't think she wanted the car in the end when she realised the actual cost of gas and parking and insurance. That's why it "broke down" and she tried to get her money back. This said. 2100 is a VERY cheap car ...

This show managed to survive during covid, which brought money in to the show, which otherwise would have been totally cancelled and then when everything is getting back to normal and the show is STILL bringing in money, they decide to cancel the show, on what grounds? Don't we the people have a say as to whether it should be cancelled, it's an educational show as well as entertaining, there is not one person on this earth that doesn't need a show like this, in their lives...

Most people would remember getting $330.00 cash from someone unless they are like a landlord getting multiple payments from different people all the time. If you sell any vehicle, never, never, ever allow the purchaser to take posession of the vehicle until the full amount is paid and the title is transfered to them. They may seem nice, you may think you're helping them out, but until that title is transferred, that's still your car. If the purchaser gets into an accident or injures someone, the injured party is coming after you. And don't let them use your plates while the paperwork is transferring. Trying to help someone often comes back to bite you in the ass.

I guess it got overshadowed by all the other ridiculous things that both parties did, but I'm surprised they didn't make more of an issue of the plaintiff not paying off the rest of the money on Feb 20. She keeps talking about "on Feb 22 this, on Feb 24 that" when she had already breached the contract!

This is why nice people stop being nice bc we get fed over like this everrrrrytime. Yes not the smartest move but it was his kind heart that let him let her do what she did while under his insurance. He probably looked at her like a daughter younger girl trying to help her get in her feet

@@billtribble7197 no he didn’t. She took advantage of him if anything. How’s he taking advantage when he let her ride with the cat still in his name? If she crashed she doesn’t pay he does. How he taking advantage when she literally didn’t pay for the whole car. Just bc you fall behind that don’t have anything to do with anyone else pockets

Ok first off, he shouldn’t have sold her the car with it in his name and insurance. Second, she only drove the car a week. Third the dui is not his problem. Fourth I don’t buy that the car was full of blunts and everything after one week and Idont believe she left pot inside. This guy totally ripped her off. The most she should pay is for one week of using the car. He’s a con man.

I love this judge, but this one call is I think is wrong, Judge Milian is always schooling people about coming to court ready, all required documents, why did she takes his word an the tires and Mechanic , without proof is just hear sake ?? reminds me of Ana Maria Polo, also from Florida who applies the law at her convenience . the fact that the girl, had a DWI, had pot in the car, was driving the car without insurance , using the plates, none of that is relevant to the case, the law is the law, your personal feeling are just that, there should never be room in a court for feeling.

The defendant is wearing lady's glasses!! 😅 plus he s the dumbest cop I ve ever seen. I bet he wanted to get a lil something something on the side from the cute lil 21 yr old waitress. The best person from that whole thing the cops daughter laughing it up when the judge kept calling the cop stupid etc.....she s the best!!
