Welcome to my channel! Today, I'm taking you on a ride through beautiful Colonial Beach, VA. Hop in the car with me as we cruise the downtown area and experience what a typical Friday looks like living in Colonial Beach.
We'll start our tour by riding past the popular High Tides restaurant and Potomac Renaissance Condos. As we continue, you'll see the historic Riverview Inn and we'll take a moment to enjoy the scenic views down by the pier. From there, we'll cruise along the boardwalk, , and then make our way back towards the Food Lion shopping center to wrap up our tour.

Riverview Inn is a boutique hotel that offers many comforts and friendly service in the center of downtown Colonial Beach.

Do people commute from there to Dahlgren? Is it an easy commute?

Sorry im just seeing this. Yes it's a very easy commute. My Mother worked at Dahlgren for 30 yrs and commuted it. It's only about 10-15 min drive. Let me know if you have any other questions I can help with.
Are short term rentals profitable in the area? And are the rules crazy?
So is it a 7/11 that people are scared to got too ? Because someone told me people getting killed over there 😂😮

Nobody has ever been killed there. I can’t recall one incident there.
