Some side notes. In China, those are 80cc engines, but in North America, it's a 66cc engine. The pull start is a dumb addition since you'll wear out your clutch coming from a stop. The chain guard is also a useless addition. I've always received them in a kit, but i have never once have I used one. Also, with the muffler cap off, you're increasing air flow out of the muffler, so you gain some horsepower. Definitely not by 5hp though.
