Please don’t add music we tune in because you and summer are different from other house tours. I started watching you guys before you hit 6000 your channel grew WITHOUT background music remember that.

Not a major fan of this house. Too many doors to too many small rooms. Downstairs is quite wasteful I think.

It's right next to Warwick university, plenty of my friends live there. The average person who buys it would make the downstairs rooms into bedrooms and rent it out to 7 students.

You could replace the carpet and you could over less money it looks like it is good at it’s price

That is surprisingly small for the money.

600k for a 4 bed house in Coventry? When does houses become that expensive in Coventry? I won’t pay more than 300k for this tbh

300k in a good area in Coventry will get you a 3 bed detached.

@@tyescrying6551 Westwood Heath is just south of Warwick Uni and houses in the area regularly go for £450K+. Westwood Heath Road which is the main thoroughfare by the estate has houses for sale priced at £1m+

I thought this tour was bit rushed and I had to keep pausing the video. The more relaxed bit at the end of the tour was good but unfortunately was marred by two pop up previews of other vids coming over the top.But I always enjoy your videos overall - well done!

Gosh if had 600k I would never spend it on that !

I was watching some of your older tours where you used effects and music but I definitely prefer your newer tours without music and slower pace! Not many channels like yours, keep up the great work guys 👍🏼

Wow guys what a beautiful looking house striking exterior. Looks like a very nice development and plot. Great options for the car parking space. I love that I’m seeing more new builds and they are adding character windows in the main front rooms just gives the rooms more space and add so much more light. Nicely decorated not my style on the kitchen but very well designed and great sized bedrooms. I love the entrance/hallway so much space and the garden/decking area is beautiful very well designed and would be great in the summer. Thanks guys can’t wait for more 😁👍

Great floor plan. Justs needs the kitchen to be renovated, where you can add bi-folding doors kitchen side and the living room side

Coventry is quite expensive for housing. You can get much, much more for your money in smaller areas just outside, but tbh I love living here. There’s something for everyone

Believe it or not houses in Coventry are expensive haha, well the decent areas anyway. The only reason incan think of is because of its very good transport links because I havent set foot into the city centre for about 15 years.
