Please don't cut into the different rooms in the edit, I love your tours because it feels like we are walking with you and in the houses with you, when it cuts and you are already standing in the rooms it takes away some of that magic :(, love the channel btw, this work rate is honestly amazing

For me, this is one of the best houses you've reviewed on your channel. It's big but not stupidly big, and it has a warm and cosy feel throughout.

I love this house! I like how it has more of an old countryside outside whilst still having modern technology. Maybe you guys could do a tour further north? Love your videos!💞

When autumn hits, I can't imagine how much leaves have to be raked in that garden.

This house is amazing value for everything you get. If I was to buy it, I'd do some minor modifications to bring it up to date but other than that, it's really nice. And that garden space (more like mini-park) is insane. This biggest plus for me.

Love this house! Very classy and nicely modern. Love the freestanding baths 🛁 the new builds should up their game when it comes to bathrooms rather than using bog standard white panel baths.

Beautiful cosey home. Very cosey formal lounge and love room no. 2😍 the only thing I would add is is a door from office to utility area WC. I just think it's a long way round to have to walk through kitchen lounge , kitchen then through utility then loo.

By far one of the best properties you've visited! LOVE the layout, all decent sized rooms upstairs and down. And your comment about not squeezing in a 5th bedroom at the cost of room size is spot on. I don't play tennis but the outside space where the court is would be perfect for a heated pool with enough space for a sauna and changing room/s. There 's even space for bar/lounge area, so in effect 2 entertaining areas at both ends of the garden. One of 3 houses so far I'd be happy to live in.

Now this is certainly worth the money compared with the one from Thursday. No one overlooking, lots of land and nice and spacious. Also I would get rid of the Tennis Court and perhaps have a summer house or more garden.

Ohh Matt please next time keep walking to the very end of the garden. Such an impressive garden I really want to see the full extent!

Thanks for saying the total land size at the starting introduction, it's better when you tour into the house to mention what type of flooring is being used at the living hall ,reception room so on .. there's no need to mention there's a fireplace there or here where we can see, it's more important to highlight what type of materials is being used on areas like flooring, kitchen top so on...

Love the gate and hedges, I'm going to have to steal that idea! I wouldn't have noticed, but like how the island in the kitchen has a different color. Not a huge fan of the countertops in the kitchen though. So happy to see a pantry, I didn't think any house in England had one. Love the bathrooms, I'm going to have to like this video to steal some of these bathroom concepts! I'd live there for $2 million, just need to update the downstairs family room, not a fan of the grey carpets etc.... All in all, a 7.8 out of 10. Summer, please explain how marbled floors are soft to the feet? I would have thought you were standing on a Persian rug!

I prefer the tours of character properties. Modern design properties don’t have that homely feel to them and they all seem to look the same. Please do more character homes!
