Oh, and that power supply is a S8PS-30024C made by Omron. At the time of this video, used ones were available for under $75, and a single one should have no problem running two COR 20's. Proceed at your own risk! I am not telling you to do it, just that it worked for me!
Happy reefing.

Another great idea to be sure & even better that you have some serious talents. I loved the way you designed it and the canopy is so solid and that pulley system is not the guillotine so many DIY'S would have ended up with. Now I am a big fan of wysiwyg from a reliable and honest suppliers , it's been fun to watch any quality build & thank you for sharing some valuable information. This is the first time I've had this idea since I was living in my Parents basement when I had a 50t g aquarium/ headboard and yes it was a watered too 🤿and I never have thought to much about sleep , but that was some quality sleep back then 💙🏝💚

I'm just catching up on your vids so forgive my comments on 3 yrs old vids just today... BUT.. your points are great.. AND .. the Snail thing is HUGE! LOL..NO JOKE.. theres something else youre doing right because lots of people including myself keep very stable parameters... and we're buying them every 3-6 months! So if you ever post your logs of parameters over the past few years... you might really help alot of reefers & the industry as a whole compare & figure out this snail issue. I dealt with the same issues from getting busy.. and underfeeding. I'm really curious what you feed.. because variety & full nutrition would effect the micro fauna in the sand which the goby feeds on... and up to the health of the other inverts & fish & intern ..corals.

I'll have to get back with you on parameters,. but the food is easy - but somehow complicated at the same time. I buy a bunch of different types of wild caught seafood at the grocery store. Fish, shrimp, scallops, oysters, squid, and anything else I can find in the fresh seafood section. Take it home and blender it up with some RO/DI water, freeze it then dice it up for feeding. Every batch has a slightly different mix, so that's the complicated part.

Thanks, and yes - youtube is hard! Put heart and soul into a video, and it barely gets noticed. It seems I am finally seeing some growth, so hopefully it will turn around sooner rather than later. Going to check out your channel.

Try to follow the KISS principle and maybe try more soft and lps corals. Much more forgiving than sps corals. Apex is a false sense of security. If you are poor for time with a reef tank going simple and with easier stock should be much more stress free.

The tang ate your coral because it was the same color as red algae. I’ve had that issue.

I was thinking of sand sifting stars. Still deciding really. You ever try the starfish?
