Hey guys I filmed this a while ago but am just now posting it. I have since moved so I can tell you that this place is located on south 10th street in Washington square west! Please let me know what you think of this video. My editing is non existent here and I know that lol. There wasn't much to edit anyway. Its a pretty small space 200/250 square feet third floor walk up kinda place. Also $825 does not include utilities only unlimited water which runs cold if you try to shower more than once a day or enjoy hot ones. This was the perfect fit for me living by myself in my mid twenties.

It's really nice you could put your tv on the wall on a swivel and put a love seat where your tv stand is and a small table and chairs by your first window and a over the toilet stand to give you more storage

Since this video prices have increased so much it’s rly sad. Even the less trendy places are now getting gentrified (ex: fishtown). Maybe rent a room but if you want your own space I’m not sure :(
