    don´t start with 10k and not try to run before u can actually do it. there is this app that helped me run it is called "correr para adelgazar" or "running to get thin"

    As a dancer (ballet,contemporary, etc), This works. I go to dance intensives and we did 300 crunches a day. At the end of a ten day camp (rest on weekends) I had flattened my stomach. It has extraordinary results.

    You can actually train abs everyday. But doing that many crunches is retarded. The only thing you'll do is strengthen your ab muscles, it won't do anything to actually burn fat.

    it's not fake because I tried it and it took about 3 inches around my stomach I did it for a week and like 2 or 3 days. but I ate more vegetables tho and crunches or very effective so it is definitely believable

    Hey Miss, I saw this video a year ago, and a year ago I decided to try this! Although I didn't do the exact same exercises you did, your video really motivated me! At first 500 was too much, but with effort it'll became more doable. In a month or so, I lost 2 1/2 inches from my tummy, and I got a shape forming, almost like I'm getting elevens on my stomach! And to this day, I am thankful I saw this video. Just want to say thank you! I will keep continuing!

    I watched this video a couple weeks ago and I thought I should try it out. I did some type of ab workout in the beginning of summer and I had the results I wanted. I didn't think much of working out more, bc I thought I would stay the same. So I quit working out and ate whatever I wanted. I lost my beautiful abs and I started to get lower fat on my stomach. I did this challenge last week and I'm happy with my body. I'll go ahead and tell you how I felt. Day 1: I did 100 crunches in the morning and 100 before I took a shower and went to bed. I definitely felt a burn when I was doing it. I ate 2 eggs for breakfast. Drank 8 bottles of water, skipped lunch, and had grilled chicken with quinoa (a type of bean that most body builders eat) I also had fit tea and a dietary pill that helps burn fat with my meal. Day 2: I saw a difference from yesterday and i lost some of my fat. I looked a tiny bit different, like not as much stomach fat. I wasn't really sore so I decided to do more crunches. In the beginning of the day I did 200 crunches, I had one egg, and I drank more fit tea and water. I skipped lunch and ate lintels (a type of bean with low calories and extra protein ) and green beans. With my diet pill. Please note that I had no soft drinks or snacks for the whole day. Before I took a shower and went to sleep I did another 100 crunches. I also started doing a 20 min butt workout as well. Day 3: I definitely noticed a bigger change and I kind of had a resting day. I had a dark chocolate protein pancake with an egg for breakfast, towards the middle of the day I did 100 crunches, I drank a lot of water and fit tea, I had a salad with my diet pill for dinner. I did 10 minutes of my butt workout. Day 4: after that resting day I felt very energized and decided to do 200 in the beginning of the day, I ate 2 eggs for breakfast, drank water and fit tea, had roast beef and noodles for dinner with my diet pill. I did 100 at the end of the day along with my full butt workout video. I saw a change with my gluteus and my abs the next day. Day 5: I basically just carried the same routine from day 2. I ate the same small meals without lunch and no snacks or soft drinks. 200 crunches in the beginning of the day and 100 at the end. I could see my abs and I had a nice butt. Day 6 and 7 were exactly the same but with better results. Now I have a body I love and I've been doing 50 crunches a day, running on my treadmill for about 10-15 minutes and I've been doing the same workouts from my butt workout video. I don't take dietary pills and I eat the same way. I also drink plenty of water and fit tea. I can't wait to show off my body !! 🙂 The butt workout video is called 20 minute Brazilian butt workout.

    a doctor once advised me that these kind of exercises can potentially cause damage to the back over time. you have to be careful to keep your spine as straight as you can while doing these. i suppose the warning is more important for people with weaker core muscles and heavier bodies, but the damage can potentially happen to anyone over time.

    Edwin and Mina's bich even then you can get up like 20 minutes early and work out or do it directly after class or before you go to sleep, before you eat dinner, hell even during lunch break. If you cannot make the time it doesn't mean you literally can't make time, it's just that other things are more important to you. I am a student too, I am finishing by Bachelor of Science this year with good grades, I work on weekends and hell I work out 4 times a week.

    That's interesting- all fitness professionals will tell you that while it's good to work your core, you can't spot reduce fat and the only way to make your tummy less "flabby" is to lose overall body fat. But you were eating well too so probably that helped. Anyway the combo looks like it worked! Great job!

    Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm of the understanding that you can't target specific fat when wanting to lose it. I'm thinking what helped you here was the calorie burning that came as a result of all the crunches you did. Anybody know if I'm off?

    I'm not an expert but i don't think that you can lose fat that fast by just working out (burning calories mostly comes from doing cardio or aerobic exercises). I am inferring that she already had a low body fat percentage and the crunches just allowed for a tightened core and defining of the abs...

    NaturalGlory • your not doing it right. you are using your neck muscles to raise yourself up. try really squeezing your abs to raise yourself. keep your neck straight eyes to the sky. :)

    yesterday I started the crunches and I was so motivated and then I was sore later that night. so, I took a cold shower to help ease my abdominal pain and it worked! today, this morning, I started at it again and my lower belly pouch was there like yours but I continued to do the crunches. I also added in 50 squats as well.. I'm determined to see what my results will be for my last day. time to get back in shape!! 😎 I'll be back.

    hello! I really want to thank you for this video, it really helped! I'm an athletic person so 100 crunches didn't actually do much good, so I took it up a notch. the first couple of days I did 100 like you, then I went up to 150. then 200, and now I'm at 250 a day (I'll just keep on raising the bar every couple of days, when i feel like I could). there were some rest days here and there because of my schedule but overall, I did it constantly for about 2 weeks now. my 2 weeks didn't yield me as much results as your 1 week, but I'm still really happy with the progress! my tummy has flattened and in another 2 weeks, I'll be right where I want to, right on time (i have a performance coming up) not to mention I didn't change a single bit of my eating patterns so this is really good! if I did not watch your video before, I don't know what I'll be doing now. so really, thank you!     You know people really underestimate the ability of warm ups, the ability's it has on your body is amazing if you don't do at least 2m of warm ups it will hinder your workout. Doing it for 5-10m does a huge difference on your body if your starting this may sound hard but its really beneficial on your body, I recommend this to everyone
