I love to see these videos from Matt & Summer with all the UK homes. They are so different than those here in Texas. It seems that house prices in the UK are a lot higher than here. $600,000 (I think that is around 490,000 pounds), you can get a giant home here, with a huge yard. This being said, I wish I had the money for such a home myself as well. :)

@@AgentPepsi1 it's the same in Canada. My grandfather moved from just a normal sized house in England (tiny really) to a massive house with land in Canada for the same price. We're crammed in the UK - tiny houses with tiny gardens or no outside space at all, and the prices are going up and up and a crazy rate. It's getting to the point of being almost unaffordable to own your own home

The layout is simple and the interior is so nice. I especially love the colour scheme of the kitchen and the chandeliers are so cool.

This house + garden combo would be 2 million+ in London. Great value for money.

We enjoy watching your house tours. One thing that I’ve noticed with new builds is that often the utility room is off the dining/lounge area of the kitchen. I personally would prefer the utility room off the kitchen end as it’s more practical. I liked the styling of this house except for those low hanging lights in the lounges as the ceilings where too low for them.

Amazing what you get in the North East of England for your money compared to here in the midlands, and especially the crazy expensive London and south. Great house tours Matt and Summer, keep them coming! 👍

I think this is my best. I only wish the main bathroom had a shower. Not been a fan of the overly expensive houses so this was a refreshing place with a good price.

Could you do more of the Worcestershire and Herefordshire areas there seems to be quite a few interesting houses but they don’t always put a lot of images and that online.

Another fab house tour in the glorious North East. Think I’d swap the dining and second living room around. Slightly disappointed with the kitchen and the size of the garden but overall great value for money.

The price of this is insane!!! can't wait to move out of london!

House is a lovely mid range property but garden is very small for 5 beds

When you buy these houses do they come furnished?

I'm even a bit taller than Matt and now I can see how other people see me ;-). It's quite funny, everything else around us "shrinks".

Trust me you can get something even more beautiful than this in Newcastle/Sunderland for an even better price! The north east is so good for house prices and actually a great place to live!

This house is very beautiful. However, why the design put so many chandeliers, the celling is not high enough... haha 😂
