I would say this is a well priced house for the area. It has been done to a high standard and I feel someone will snap that up. It is not for everyone but I personally really like it. If only I could afford a home like that one day.

A house maybe in Brighton/East Sussex area that backs onto the beach! Would be cool to see from the UK.

Finally....for my personal taste this is the best house you've ever shown. Floors are fanatastic that landind looks stunning, the stairs are an amazing feature, bathrooms look really luxurious and that basemant it's just fenomenal. 10/10

Loads of new builds coming up in North Essex. Places like Thorpe Le Soken and Alresford and loads cheaper than South Essex and direct links to London

If I was moving in there I would probably make that basement "games/entertainment" room a massive master bedroom suite. I like a big bedroom.

I love that kitchen...

I love how much natural light is in this house; especially in the living room & kitchen. Would be nice to see house tours in Bristol, Swindon, Oxford or Reading.

I like this house! Appreciate you showing us inside all the cupboards lol & the shower. Even though this house is unfurnished it doesn't look cold inside. Love the glass stairs. I think it's missing water though, ie a hot tub or pool. I would live in this house.

Now this is a house, could easily be in America!

@@VASIGTravelingLifeinLondon I've had a look at some houses in America and Florida is very cheap you can buy a 14 bed house for 300,000 pounds however most other places are roughly the same price as UK except New York is very expensive

The house in general seems nice, but the master is small for what you're paying for the home. And the master closet is very small for that Master bedroom...even if only one person is using it. And let's talk about the toilet being in front of the window... Why? Those glass steps would scare the heck out of me LOL and you definitely would need to hire someone to clean all that glass on a regular basis. This doesn't seem like a house that would be good if you have animals or children...but if someone gave it to me I'd take it... Lol!

The room in the basement make a great master bedroom.

I'm surprised this house isn't worth more! The basement alone must've cost 500k. Great use of natural light and high ceilings-unusual to see in new builds these days! The walk-in closet is my dream 😍 Great tour Matt and Summer

Looked at this property on Rightmove. Nice seeing it from a different perspective. Lovely place, yes definitely a Batchelor/Bachelorette pad. Great entertainment space but very disappointing closet provision in the Master. Another great video guys. Can I suggest a short drive up to the property entrance shot. To give perspective on the surrounding area?

Nice contemporary! Missing a hot tub in the backyard, but I'd love to have a house just like it in Breckenridge, Colorado. It gives me the impression of a non-pretentious ski chalet. Needs a place to store the wine too! Happy to see Summer collaborating on this one. She seems to have been shy of the camera as of late. All in all, I give it a 7.5 out of 10 for $2 million.

Agree about the dressing room, seems only enough for one person and no other wardrobe space. I wouldn’t even fit my stuff in there!!! Need at least double that!

Kitchen, countertop lights, Black finishes all around the house, Lightwell in the basement, the glass girder, and all those fresh air flow vents. turntable, walk-in showers, +++ Glass stair, the double drawer in the kitchen. electric shower controls, - - Garden, Fridge.. neutral.. The half bathroom, in the beginning, is the best layout for a half bathroom.

Love the channel. Canada here.. America size fridge has downsides in that you need to fill it which is big bucks. I do not think that garage can swivel two cars. I have a big double garage with two cars that wouldn't fit. Lastly the ground floor ceilings are too low as it makes it seem smaller... Lovely home none the less with a great garden... I will also say that there's nothing like having your own media room... really nice house.

A very good house, modern style, spacious! The only significant drawback is the ceiling height in the living room.

Great property, although the master bedroom walk-in wardrobe was small. You should showcase another property in Essex with trainlines available on weekends too. Maybe Shenfield, Gidea Park, Chigwell or Romford Essex 🙂👌 NB: Some parts of Chelmsford is beautiful, but it's not for most people.

Really close to me but I was looking for more of a affordable 3.5 k - 4 k house in Redbridge, Romford or Dagenham area .I prefer the house to be not new built as I’m a builders and want to add my own touches and make the house better .Love you guys

That's 15 minutes from me. I've always thought that house prices in the Chigwell (ish) area were vastly overpriced but it doesn't seem too costly for what you get. Fryerning in Essex is an expensive area. Not much ever comes up for sale there.

Anything in the Hampshire area would be really good to see!
