I live in the San Francisco area. About three years ago, I was looking for a nice apartment in the city, and visited several high end properties. I must say that having seen your video, the British really know how to do luxury as the appointments of the apartments and the common amenities in your video are superior to those in San Francisco even though the pricing is similar. I notice also that in England, the refrigerator is always built in whereas in the States, it is not. I like built-in better. Nice work!

Vey nice, guess its more for companies who wants there employees to be based near the office and city, £3250 and £2470 just in rent alone then add on your electricity and maybe gas bill and if you live in UK your council tax bill will soon start to add up and I recon they would charge you for service charge and ground rent also (24 hour concierge not cheap nowadays), as mentioned before your monthly salary (pay check) would soon disappear but Canary Wharf is an up and coming place and very modern.

Although these rents are more than double the amount I could afford, they seem relatively low in comparison to more central London areas, where a scruffy, cramped one-bedroom flat could set you back more than £2,000 per month. So is Canary Wharf a relatively cheap area of London to look for rental flats?

The rents are high because of high service charge and landlords tends to pass these on in rents, there’s no such things as free coffee lol

Hey Matt and Summer! Me and my mum was looking for your most popular video, the knoll, and we can’t fined it!! Did you take it down?🤔 By the way this flat is very nice 👍🏾 I really like the kitchen with the marble splash back! The terrace is so cool, I would love to be able to just go up there and relax, and make friends with people in the building. I love the the fact that downstairs there is a bar and some dog and cat treats!😄 It would be amazing to live here!🤍
